By the authority vested in me as Prime Minister by the Charter and the laws of the Coalition of the South Pacific, including the World Assembly Act and the Regional Officers Act, it is hereby ordered as follows:
@eternalraven213 is retained as Director of the Office of World Assembly Legislation.
@Welly is retained as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
@Trivalve is dismissed as Minister of Integration.
@Vrigny is dismissed as Deputy Minister of Defense.
The Age of Utopia must be dismissed from all regional officer powers that were assigned to them by virtue of holding the officer of Prime Minister.
Heliseum must be appointed as a regional officer with the title “Prime Minister” and be granted all non-Border Control powers in accordance with Regional Officers Act 2 (2).
Holy Free must be dismissed from all regional officer powers assigned to them by Cabinet Orders 68 and 70.

@Utopia is appointed as the Prime Minister’s representative to the Admiralty, in accordance with Article 1, Section 1 of the Military Code.

Curlyhoward is dismissed as RMB Mayor.
@Langburn (Langburn) is appointed as Pollmaster with Polls authority.
The Ministers may only use these power when it comes to appointing and dismissing themselves, other Ministers, and the Director of OWL from RO positions, and may only grant Communications, Appearances, and Polls. The Minister of Foreign Affairs may additionally be granted Embassies powers. Ministers of Culture may additionally use these powers to appoint members with Polls powers, and any Minister may dismiss Polls powers granted in this way. Ministers are required to confer with the respective Minister and/or the Prime Minister before ordering the dismissal of another Minister from a Regional Officer position.
