Summary | Delegates the power to appoint Regional Officers to the Ministers

In accordance with Article V Section 2 Subsection d of the Charter, the Prime Minister hereby delegates the power of Article 3 Section 1 and Article 2 Section 3 of the Regional Officers Act to the Cabinet Ministers.

The Ministers may only use these power when it comes to appointing and dismissing themselves, other Ministers, and the Director of OWL from RO positions, and may only grant Communications, Appearances, and Polls. The Minister of Foreign Affairs may additionally be granted Embassies powers. Ministers of Culture may additionally use these powers to appoint members with Polls powers, and any Minister may dismiss Polls powers granted in this way. Ministers are required to confer with the respective Minister and/or the Prime Minister before ordering the dismissal of another Minister from a Regional Officer position.
