Cabinet and Executive Orders

There were no changes that I could make. All orders were either carried out by the RO themselves (resigning) or no modifications to titles/powers needed to be made.

Additionally, I would request that the Prime Minister issue an order directing me to appoint them as Prime Minister in-game.

Per the Regional Officers Act the Prime Minister is entitled to all non-Border Control regional officer powers, so no further order should be necessary:

  1. The study, promotion, and common discussion of the history of the region being an issue of importance for the healthy development of regional democracy and a vibrant political culture, the formation and support of a Historical Society of the South Pacific shall be considered a matter of regional interest.

  2. The Prime Minister and the Cabinet support the formation of such associations and express the sincere hope that they will lead to the free exchange of ideas, the formation of a more vibrant regional political culture, and the strengthening of regional democratic values.

Summary | The Prime Minister orders the establishment of an awards system to recognise prominent South Pacificans

By the authority vested in me as Prime Minister by the Charter and the laws of the Coalition of the South Pacific, it is hereby ordered as follows:

  1. The Order of the Llama is established as a distinction granted by the Prime Minister, following consultation with the Chair of the Assembly and the Chief Justice, to a member of the South Pacific who has rendered exceptional service to the Coalition over the years, contributing to the growth and prosperity of the community in areas foreign or domestic, and whose wisdom and steadiness have helped take the region to new heights.

  2. The Order of the Badger is established as a distinction granted by the Prime Minister, following consultation with such authorities as they may deem relevant, to a member of the South Pacific who has rendered distinguished service to the Coalition and which, while not necessarily prominent or noteworthy, quietly forms the backbone of the Coalition and ensures its continued functioning.

  3. The Thanks of the Prime Minister is established as a distinction granted by the Prime Minister at their sole discretion to a member of the South Pacific whose contributions to the Coalition make the community a better place and exemplify the South Pacifican values of fun and inclusion.

  4. The members of the South Pacific who have been granted a distinction shall be prominently displayed in a public venue and shall be henceforth celebrated as part of the celebrations for Coalition Day.

  5. The establishment of these distinctions and other that may be similarly established by order does not preclude the establishment of other such distinctions by law, nor does it usurp the power of the Assembly to establish regional distinctions.

By the authority vested in me as Prime Minister by the Charter and the laws of the Coalition of the South Pacific, it is hereby ordered as follows:

  1. Following consultation with the Chair of the Assembly and the Senior Associate Justice, the following member of the South Pacific is awarded the Order of the Llama for exceptional service to the Coalition that has contributed to the growth and prosperity of the community and whose wisdom and steadiness have helped take the region to new heights:

  2. Following consultation with the Chair of the Assembly, the following members of the South Pacific are awarded the Order of the Badger for distinguished service to the Coalition that quietly forms the backbone of the Coalition and ensures its continued functioning:

  3. The following members of the South Pacific are awarded the Thanks of the Prime Minister for contributions to the Coalition that have made the community a better place and exemplify the South Pacifican values of fun and inclusion:

  4. The members awarded pursuant to this order are thanked for their dedicated service to the Coalition and shall have their names displayed in a public setting and celebrated pursuant to Cabinet Order 56.

Summary | The Prime Minister makes a dismissal and orders the assignments of Regional Officer powers.

By the authority vested in me as Prime Minister by the Charter and the laws of the Coalition of the South Pacific, including the World Assembly Act and the Regional Officers Act, it is hereby ordered as follows:

  1. @Erstavik is retained as Director of the Office of World Assembly Legislation.

  2. @Zhuang is dismissed as Minister of Culture.

  3. Zhuangwei must be dismissed from all regional officer powers assigned to them by Cabinet Orders 53 and 54.

  4. Kringalia must have “Prime Minister” removed from their Regional Officer title and dismissed of all regional officer powers not otherwise granted to them by their status as a member of the Council on Regional Security.

  5. Heliseum must have their regional officer title changed to “Prime Minister” and be granted all non-Border Control powers in accordance with Regional Officers Act 2 (2).

Summary | The Prime Minister reestablishes an Ambassador Corps as well as bodies under the Ministries of Culture and Integration.

By the authority vested in me as Prime Minister by the Charter and the laws of the Coalition of the South Pacific, it is hereby ordered that Cabinet Order 25 be rescinded. In doing so, it is specifically ordered that:

  1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall reestablish an official Ambassador Corps.

  2. The Ministry of Culture shall establish standing project groups.

  3. The Ministry of Integration shall establish a recruitment group.

The Cabinet will submit a corresponding administrative request soon to carry out these changes.
