Hey, just wanted to let you know that we did see your plot request and are in the process of looking it over
Changes Needed
Hi again! After review most of your plot request looks good, but there are a couple areas that stood out to us. Namely, in your plot request you point out that the Early Communalists are among the earliest civilizations to colonize space. While it’s not uncommon for A1-0 star nations to be tens of thousands of years old, we do not have an established history of the first interstellar civilizations and do not believe it would be a good idea to have roleplayer nations be that old.
Additionally, your population numbers (2.63 trillion and 9 trillion respectively) are not out of place on their own, but given the People’s Commune’s technological advancement, improved genetics, and age (which has already been mentioned) it is surprisingly low and we would need some explanation for it before we could approve it. For reference I think a fair portion of the star nations have a population of around 20-50 trillion with 100 trillion being the soft cap that we prefer to stay under.
Beyond that everything looks good ![]()
Hi! Thanks for pointing these discrepancies out. I’ll get to changing things at some point later today or early tomorrow.
@AlexEpithet I’ve made changes to the original post accordingly.
Conditionally Approved
Welcome to the canon!
Sorry for overlooking this for so long, Citronella is getting bumped up to Full Approval
@xshotss The People’s Commune was added to the map. Welcome to the Canon, Jay! :]
Could Malevelon Creek be renamed to Apocalyptica please? Thanks in advance.
Sorry, this completely slipped my mind. Could you please rename Argris to Argus and replace Dark Alchemy with the Transmutation (ie. just remove Dark Alchemy and put the Transmutation in that spot)? Thank you!
Please remove the Osprian Timarchy from the map. General interest in the canon hasn’t returned and I’d rather focus on developing my own setting.
@AlexEpithet You requested changes have been implemented. Let me know if you need anything else to be changed in your plot.
@Maverick The Osprian Timarchy has been removed from the map.
Hey everyone! While posts like this would not traditionally be made here, we wanted to make sure new roleplayers would be able to see it.
A couple of our topics have two versions, which may be a little confusing. Specifically, we have Interstellar Holo Quick News and Interstellar Quick news, and Sector Nation Overview and Nation Overview. For clarity:
- Nation Overview is our current topic for introductory and/or explanatory posts about your nation. Using the provided template and anything else you want to add, you can help give your fellow roleplayers an idea of your nation. We also have our own wiki site with special templates you can use for pages about your nation, species, organizations, and more! If I’m not mistaken, making a forums account also creates a wiki account automatically with the same username and password

- Interstellar Quick News is our current topic for making news posts, similarly to PNN for any of our Pacifica roleplayers. It can be useful for establishing lore in the background, allowing you to later call back to key posts in future roleplays, or it can be a fun way to have multiple star nations interact over important events without having a rigidly-structured roleplay.
That’s it for now, have a great time zone everyone!
Could the RUW be romeved please? I decided to redo the lore which spiraled a bit and a bew nation dropped. Though the RPs are retconned now, most of em could be very easily adapted. Sorry if that messes somebody up too much.
Number of desired plot: 44
Name of plot: Union of Human States, Free States, Artaxian Dynasty/Artaxian Empire (names interchangeable)
Capital: Khuresh, Apokia, Dilijian
Location of capital: see map
Population: 63 trillion
Outline of History: There was a hyper advanced human civilization. In 10 000 BBT it shot itself with thousands of super weapons because of a civil war and reset itself back to the stone age.
As time went on the human civilizations would redevelop while the power vacuum allowed new alien powers to rise. Most human worlds reached FTL in between 700 and 500 BBT. Though there were some hostilities, most of these first contacts were peaceful. This culminated in the First Pan-Human Congress in 243 BBT on Khuresh. Eventually the Pan-Human Commonwealth, an international organization promoting free movement, commerce and cooperation between the human states would be founded.
By 185 BBT most human worlds would be united in the Commonwealth. That’s also when frictions with a neighboring state, the Artaxian Dynasty, would escalate, due to a series of minor revolts that were supposedly backed by the Commonwealth. The humans scored several early victories, as the highly traditional and elitarian Artaxian Dynasty’s military made several blunders. However the combined forces of the Commonwealth couldn’t gain a decisive victory as they began encountering increased resistance from the local population. In 172 BBT peace was made. The Artaxian Dynasty had to cede many of its human majority worlds and grant several trade and economic concessions to the Commonwealth. Following this war in 169 BBT humanity was officially unified into one country, the Union of Human States (UHS).
In 15 BBT a succession crisis in the highly authoritarian and xenophobic Grand State of Enver transformed into a civil war. The more liberal faction, hoping to secure advantage, promised equal rights to the disenfranchised human population, sparking their revolt. The UHS would back it, hoping to get rid of a more technologically advanced neighbor. Though the envari state collapsed in 5 BBT, the reformists and moderate human rebels failed to establish control over most of the region, forming what is known as the Free States. It is an area filled with independent states, pirates, guerilla forces and remnants of the Envari state. Though the UHS is steadily expanding its economic and diplomatic presence in the region, an open invasion has been deemed too costly.
Both the UHS and the Artaxian Dynasty have been present at the Big Meeting (forgot what it’s called).
Outline of Major Species: Humans - Humans but with a bit more regional variation in height and colors
Darkons - Four armed humanoid species, on average shorter than humans. They have black skin but often have fluorescent patterns in various colors. They have keen eyesight and ability to sense vibrations of the ground. They have a tendency to lead a mixed subterranean and surface lifestyle.
Envari - A tall humanoid species. They are hairless and of white, beige or brown color. They are monogender and incubate their young in external "spawning pools”. They are well known for eating substances most species consider toxic and utilizing pheromones to supplement communication.
Customization: all planets
Blue - Khuresh
Green - Dilijian
Red - Apokia
We don’t allow off-map plots. Generally speaking, nations that small don’t use new plots. You could ask another player to use one of their planets for this purpose if you want.
Can I use the badlands for my planet and system since it would make sense for lore? Or should I choose a normal plot?
As you would know if you had read the map post, you need a plot. You can do with your plot as you please to facilitate your worldbuilding. Pretty much everything that isn’t obviously canon breaking is fair game. You can have large parts of your plot be badlands (for example the desolation in my plot) or be a bunch of independent planet states duking it out (for example the voidsea in Stormfire10’s plot). Also as a rule of thumb try not to chat in the map thread. If you need more info you can go to the low hanging fruit thread or the discord, or hell feel free to DM me.
Would they be allowed to put their nation in the Tiyanki Territories? A lot of time has passed, but when I first looked into joining A1-0 that was an option presented to me.
Thanks!
I don’t remember us setting any rule against plot claims within the Tiyanki Territories even after the rewrite. I might have to go check, but I don’t see a problem with allowing a rogue planet claim inside of them.
