Article 1773: Article 1771 and 1772 are both repealed.

Article 1772 is repealed for being unintelligible. Below is the part which is the problem:

Repealing an article for attempting to do an impossible task is a valid reason for rescinding an article, written in Article 1621. However, Article 1644 says:

Because Article 1772 failed to mention that Article 1771 is in violation of Article 1612, it shall be repealed.

Article 1771 is repealed for not being in the interest of the majority of people.

Article 1774: Emperor Luke shall be the eternal emperor of the South Pacific

Article 1775: Article 1774 is repealed according to Article 1621 as:

  1. it attempts to carry out an impossible task. The South Pacific is a democracy and lets the citizens elect a head of state every six months and a head of government every three months. A single person ruling for eternity cannot happen in the South Pacific today. Also, because ‘Luke’ unfortunately cannot last forever with modern technology, being the ‘eternal emperor’ is an impossible task.

  2. it encourages revolutionary tendencies because in order to be an emperor of the South Pacific, ‘Luke’ and their supporters must overthrow the current administration.

  3. it limits the rights of citizens to elect their own leaders every few months.
