Constitution II of the South Pacific

Article 1738: Article 1736 by @Franz shall become Article 1737 to stop confusion between it and the first Article 1736 by @CayonNS. @Franz is requested to change it to Article 1737.

Because more than 48 hours have passed since the start of the Article 1737 referendum, @Franz is requested to close the poll to block future votes.

Article 1739:
Due to the provisions of the referendum in Article 1737, it has technically become impossible to repeal articles before Article 1621.
Recognizing this problem, Articles before 1621 are now freely repealable.

Article 1740:
Due to the Constitution being a bloated clusterfuck, this article hereby repeals all articles from Article 1 to Article 1739 and hereby establishes Tommy Wiseau as the lord and savior of TSP.

Article 1741: Article 1740 is repealed for breaking multiple articles, including but not limited to Article 1619 are Article 1621.

Article 1742, hereby repeals Article 1741 for repealing article 1740, reestablishes article 1740 and hereby amends said article to include the provisions of article 1619 and article 1621.

Article 1743: Article 1742 is repealed, Article 1741 is valid and Article 1740 is invalid.

Article 1742 is repealed for attempting to repeal several permanent articles. A permanent article is any article that has more than three likes, according to Article 1619. The articles 1619 and 1621 are also permanent and cannot be repealed.
Article 1742 is also unintelligible, since it fails to provide adequate reasoning for the repeal.

KingAceIII’s attempt to repeal the entire Constitution II cannot be accepted due to the reasons written above. KingAceIII shall be condemned for the violation of previous articles and for failing to provide enough reasons.

Article 1744: Hereby repeals everything ever said before this and hereby establishes a new constitution, also condemns CayonNS for being a unsigma loser. Hereby sentences them to 2843554 hours of love island content.

Article 1744 is repealed as it is unintelligible, failing to provide an adequate reasoning for the repeal. It is also illegal, as it attempts to repeal permanent articles.
KingAceIII’s illegal attempts to repeal the entire constitution II should not continue. All of their actions related to this shall be condemned.
