The Coalition of the South Pacific is the oldest extant democracy in NationStates, and it is both our heritage and duty to promote the democratic ideals that have led to the longevity and prosperity of our great region. Promoting these ideals does not only mean advocating or fighting for them but also condemning the contravention of these principles whenever and wherever they occur. It is on this basis that the regional government has the authority to prohibit – proscribe – hostile persons or organizations from entering or residing in the Coalition.
Under existing law, there are two forms of proscription:

A regional proscription is a prohibition on an individual or on all members of a region or organization from having a nation in any region in the Coalition's jurisdiction.

A full proscription comprises a regional proscription as well as a prohibition on access to off-site resources of the Coalition.
In accordance with Article 3, Section 2 of the Proscription Act, all persons, regions, groups, and organizations currently proscribed are listed here.
