“Queen Mikavana I, now the Queen Emerita Mikavana I, has abdicated. The reason of abdication was due to health issues, but some speculate it is due to political issues, public opposition, a quiet life or personal reasons, but it was confirmed to be health issues. Queen Mikavana I has been known for her absolutely amazing handling of Name 0ian Civil War, which in my opinion, the reaction was alright, being Senator of Defense, which was her role before being Queen, though the Atheism is at 96.93%, she has made the Yoriski dynasty’s official religion, Christianity, making a rise of Namuist Christianity, creating a new flag, banner and motto, rising of stats for dominance, though with a bit of downfall, putting new policies, developing the economy, making Name 0 a holy theocracy, worldwide rights for elections, making elections happen after every abdication of the king/queen, and the change of currency and national animal to Nac-Krojob and Shark, respectively. All of these made rise for population. The abdication letter has been signed and witnessed by the Heir Apparent or Successor, now King, His Majesty King Jacob I, Prime Minister, The Right Honorable Esna Tionstat, and the Speaker of Parliament, The Honorable Severino Colón. Queen Emerita Mikavana I has been experiencing weight gain, weak bones and muscles before, during and after writing the book “Koobeton”, which went out last Tuesday. Queen Emerita Mikavana I has exiled herself to the city of Baranga, which is the 5th most populated city in the administrative division of Poblacio, known for its quiet streets, least political city, and had one of the most Mikavanist, the ideology of Queen Mikavana, and her party, Mikavanist Party, or MP supporters by population density. King Jacob I/Jacob Yoriski, brother of Queen Mikavana, is expected to be coronated and an investiture to happen later.”

Kliegmean MoD communiques suggest that it has received reports of extrajudicial killings of Terra Firma related PoWs.

The MoD pointed towards involvement of Terminans who deemed the prisoners’ actions to have been behind the general chaos and violence happening in Termina, and the Yatagarasu school bombings.

The MoD has denied that it has allowed coordinated “visits” of agents of an reportedly non-existent organisation to said prisoners of war for advanced interrogation, despite their untimely passing coming after these visits.

An open case, in this case, may be an open secret.

In other news, breakthroughs in the north have allowed a significant push to Oceanus, with Kliegme and its allies closing in on the city and nearby settlements.

Intelligence Sources Say Krauanagaz Weighing New Prisoner Exchange Deal With Zuhlgan

Yayyára, Krauanagaz— A senior intelligence source has told reporters that the Krauanagaz Federation is actively considering a potential exchange that would see the two former Autarks currently in Krauanagazan custody handed over to Zuhlgan in return for the release of the sixteen foreign journalists detained since early April.

According to the source, the proposal is being discussed quietly at senior levels of the Krauanagazan government amid mounting diplomatic pressure and concerns over the journalists’ continued detention by Zuhlgan’s internal security apparatus, The Eyes. The journalists were arrested while covering Zuhlgan’s National Direction Conference and have remained imprisoned for months, prompting repeated international protests.

The reported talks would mark a significant shift in Krauanagaz’s posture following last week’s firefight outside its embassy in Ozákla, after which the two former Autarks were taken into protective custody. Any transfer of the Autarks could carry major political and legal implications, particularly regarding asylum norms. Neither Krauanagaz nor Zuhlgan has confirmed the existence of negotiations. Officials from both governments declined to comment when contacted, citing the sensitivity of ongoing diplomatic engagements. The deal would replace a tentative agreement reportedly reached in September that had fallen through. In which Krauanagaz would have returned five citizens of the Zuhlgan who had been held on espionage charges, and three individuals affiliated with Terra Firma.

Krauanagaz Confirms Transfer of Former Autarks to Zuhlgan; Detained Journalists En Route to Yayyára

Yayyára, Krauanagaz— The Krauanagazan government has released a formal statement confirming that the two former Autarks taken into custody following last week’s embassy firefight in Ozákla have been transferred into Zuhlgani custody.

In the same statement, officials confirmed that the foreign journalists detained by Zuhlgan since early April are now en route to the Yayyára Regional Medical Center, where they will undergo comprehensive medical assessments upon arrival in Krauanagaz.

According to senior government sources familiar with the decision-making process, the transfer was guided by a pragmatic diplomatic calculus, summarized internally as “why rock the boat?” Officials reportedly emphasized that “it is not our place to interfere in the internal affairs of another nation,” signaling a desire to avoid further escalation with Zuhlgan following weeks of heightened tensions threatening a fragile ceasefire.

Zuhlgani authorities have not yet issued a public response confirming receipt of the former Autarks. International media organizations and press freedom groups welcomed news of the journalists’ release, while some human rights organizations have expressed concern over the precedent set by the handover.

FPA Releases Findings on Deadly Krautallaz Raid, Cites “Negligent Oversights”

Mitayyal, Krauanagaz— The Federal Police Agency (FPA) has quietly released its long-awaited internal report into the Krautallaz raid that left dozens of people dead and injured, acknowledging a series of “negligent oversights by supervisory agents,” while stopping short of admitting direct wrongdoing by officers on the ground.

According to the findings, three senior FPA agents have been formally reprimanded and demoted for failures in supervision and operational oversight connected to the raid. The report states that investigators found no evidence that agents knowingly proceeded with faulty intelligence, but conceded that risk assessments and command review processes were inadequately executed.

Critically, the FPA report says the presence of explosives at the raid site was not known to authorities at the time of the operation. Investigators now believe the explosives may have been transported to the location after the final day of surveillance and before the raid itself, a gap the report identifies as a key intelligence failure.

The findings were released during a low-profile Friday briefing, a move widely interpreted by analysts as an attempt to minimize public attention ahead of the weekend news cycle. Civil rights groups and opposition lawmakers have already criticized the timing, accusing the FPA of trying to bury damaging conclusions without full accountability.

Families of those killed and injured have renewed calls for an independent inquiry, arguing that reprimands and demotions fall far short of justice given the scale of the casualties.

The FPA said no further disciplinary actions are planned at this time.

Coast Guard Seizes Major Narcotics Shipment; Traffickers Face Life Sentences

AITZONDOA - The Izarian Coast Guard, in a coordinated operation with the National Police, interdicted a high-speed craft early Wednesday morning, seizing a significant quantity of illegal narcotics destined for the domestic market. The operation took place in international waters just outside the Izarian territorial sea, following a multi-day surveillance detail.

Authorities reported that the Coast Guard cutter Zaina II pursued and boarded the 12-meter vessel, detaining its seven occupants. A subsequent search uncovered approximately 50 kilograms of Methamphetamine, a substance classified as illegal under Izarian law despite the nation’s liberal policies on certain other natural drugs.

“This was a targeted operation against a known trafficking route,” stated National Police Commissioner Luka Miren. “The substances seized are highly addictive and have been linked to severe public health incidents in neighboring countries. Their importation represents a direct threat to our community’s safety and balance.”

The suspects, all foreign nationals, have been charged under the Controlled Substances Importation Act and face a potential sentence of life imprisonment, with a mandatory minimum of 30 years before parole review. The seized narcotics have been transferred to a police evidence vault for destruction, and the suspects are currently waiting at a police facility in Aitzondoa for arrangement.

The Chancellor’s office released a brief comment, praising the inter-agency cooperation and reaffirming the government’s stance. “Our national policies on personal use are clear and deliberate, but they do not extend to permitting a predatory international drug trade that targets our citizens’ livelihoods and health,” the statement read. “The Coast Guard and Police acted precisely to uphold that distinction.”

The investigation into the trafficking network is ongoing.

BREAKING: Reports Say Former Autarks Transferred by Krauanagaz Have Been Executed by Zuhlgan

Ozákla, Zuhlgan— Multiple diplomatic and intelligence sources now report that the two former Autarks transferred from Krauanagazan custody to Zuhlgan last week have been executed by Zuhlgani authorities, marking a sharp and troubling escalation in the fallout from the Ozákla embassy incident. The reports, which have not yet been officially confirmed by Zuhlgan, indicate the executions occurred shortly after the transfer was completed. Zuhlgani state media has remained silent, while unofficial channels aligned with the Dominion’s security apparatus have circulated statements framing the deaths as the, “lawful conclusion of treason proceedings.”

Krauanagazan officials have acknowledged awareness of the reports but have not verified the claims. A senior government source said the administration is, “seeking clarification through diplomatic channels,” adding that the situation is being treated as, “extremely serious.” No indication has been given that Krauanagaz was informed in advance of any executions. The development has triggered immediate backlash from opposition lawmakers and human rights organizations, who argue the handover now carries grave moral and political consequences. Several groups, including BICLU and CHRW, have accused the government of prioritizing short-term diplomatic stability over the protection of high-risk political asylees.

This comes as the 16 foreign journalists released by Zuhlgan continue to receive medical evaluations in Yayyára, where doctors have reported signs of prolonged detention-related stress and malnutrition among several individuals. Analysts warn the reported executions could reignite tensions between Krauanagaz and Zuhlgan, undermining the fragile ceasefire, and complicating any potential future negotiations. Especially as questions mount over whether Krauanagaz sought or received assurances regarding the Autarks’ safety before their transfer.

Zuhlgan has not issued any formal statement on the matter since the incident at the Krauanagazan Embassy Campus on December 17.

SANTU UHARTEA - Celebrations erupt all over Izaria on Lurraren Eguna (Earth Day), which is a significant day of celebration of nature and the Earth in Argiztar culture and mythology. The day is meant to be celebrated by picking up garbage, reducing waste, and enjoying nature.

On Lurraren Eguna, the Izarian government announced the Izarian Green Transition Initiative, a sweeping, state-led plan to begin phasing out domestic consumption of fossil fuels within the next fifteen years.

The initiative, unveiled by the Ministries of Energy and Technology, commits to redirecting a significant portion of existing petroleum export revenue toward massive investments in offshore wind farms, next-generation geothermal energy, and a national network of electric public transit.

The plan has broad support within the ruling coalition but faces technical and logistical questions from industry analysts. The state energy corporation, IzarPetrol , is slated to be gradually restructured into IzarBerri, focusing on renewable technology and green hydrogen production. While petroleum exports will continue in the short-to-medium term to fund the transition, the announcement marks a clear, long-term strategic pivot for the nation’s economy and its role in the regional energy market.

Izaria has relied on exporting oil & petroleum products since its founding due to its limited onshore natural resources and its small size. All of Izaria’s oil fields are off-shore within its territorial waters. While a small amount of these oil fields have actually been used, they still contribute to around ~30.2% of Izaria’s GDP and it receives significant backlash from Argiztar citizens, whose core belief in the sacredness of the cosmos views large-scale environmental destruction as a major sin.
