The city states of Okeanos and Vermilion City have rejected the Kliegmean ultimatum. The City states have issued their own demands that Kliegme remain neutral and allow the Terminans to determine their own path by “wiping the slate clean” for the creation of a new “Democratic” Terminan Republic.

Governor “Bert” Graham of Vexen village issued a statement condemning Higurashi for “selling out the Confederacy to foreign interests.” in response to the Kliegmean ultimatum. The governor also rebuffed the Nationalists claims of “wiping the slate clean” claiming the TCC already had democratic institutions in play at the national level while leaving local governance to the heads of city-states.
The Governor then declared the creation of the Southern Terminan Provisional Government with those city-states still aligned with their interests. The Governor then said, “The declaration of this provisional government is to show the world Termina is not only a land of commerce and order, but that we categorically reject the Nationalists for their recklessness and the Termina Commerce Guild for selling out to foreigners to stay in power.”

By noon, some polling stations in Alkantara and Tatallap had already received more votes than during the last election. Election authorities have noted record participation among first-time voters, with wait times of up to 30 minutes in some areas.

Based on weather reading on board the “Kalakia” the conditions at the time were “Light Waves, with Clear to Moderate visiblity”. Personnel on board the ship claim to have seen “Nothing except the Kalakia and themselves, until a ship with no navigation lights on barely missed Colling with both the Kalaki and [the Capseyaka]” The Kalaki Ministry of Defense has yet to make a statement on the issue.

Last-Minute Surge of Voters as Polls Prepare to Close

As polling stations enter their final hours, a late surge of voters has been observed, with citizens determined to cast their ballots before the polls close. Some stations in Yayyára and Alkantara have reported wait times of up to an hour as election officials work to accommodate the turnout. Candidates remain active, urging voters to head to the polls.

The first polls close in Kevpríg, Lutavaras Arkas, Krauana, and Zhzoatal at 9pm, in just over two hours.

Voting has officially ended in Kevpríg, Lutavaras Arkas, Krauana, and Zhzoatal, and the counting process is now underway in those provinces. Early estimates show a record-breaking turnout in all four. Election officials are working through preliminary counts, with initial results expected within the hour.

"…In these circumstances, we have to take bold and immediate action. The coalition of City States, led by Higurashi, have asked the Concordia Entente for aid.

Therefore, in accordance with Article 1 of the Concordia Entente’s Charter, with permission of Kliegme’s Federation Council, and in execution of the offical call for aid by the Higurashi City State government, which has since been ratified by the Federal Assembly on November 9th, I made a decision to carry out a joint Concordia Entente peace-keeping operation in Northern Termina. This decision does not come easy, but I must make clear the purpose of this operation…"

During a televised broadcast, President Voroshilov, addressing the citizens of Kliegme and Termina, and the international community, announced that the Kliegmean Military will intervene in the Terminan Crisis in order to protect the Kliegmean people in Termina and restore order.

However, the president has made unclear whether the Southern Provisional Government is also considered an enemy, as during his speech he acknowledged that “there may be misunderstandings on the nature of this intervention”, and stated that “the peace-keeping operation for Kliegme means demilitarising violent actors in order to ensure a peaceful discussion on the democratic future of Termina by the Terminan people and its city states.” As of now, Kliegme has not targeted SPG-aligned city states in its aerial attacks.

For the first time since the Great War, the Kliegmean Military(who consider themselves descendents of the Dominion Army,) marched into Termina. The announcement of the “Joint CE Peace-Keeping Operation” happened on 11:00AM. Kliegme has, ever since the ultimatum was rejected by nationalist forces, utilising its aerial capabilities to chip away with AA and target infrastructure and ammo depots to deny long-term warfaring capabilities with varying degrees of success.

It is reported that Kliegmeans have sucessfully secured positions to shell targets in Vermillion City, one of the two major rebels of the war.

However, as Kliegme enters the Terminan Confederacy, the situation in Termina has crossed the (OOC Version of) Rubicon, with Pro-Izaakian city states declaring open revolt over Higurashi’s decision to have CE intervene.

Footage has been released by the Kliegmean MoD, showcasing its success in destroying 5 different Ammunition Depots near the Nationalist City States.

HUMINT generally tracks with the MoD’s claim, however, the effects of the Kliegmean attack on ammunition depots are yet unknown.

Point Rain Armories has condemned the destruction of several munitions storage facilities it has leased from the nationalist bloc. A spokesperson reiterated that “Point Rain Armories is a neutral party to the ongoing conflict between city-states” and that the munitions stored in these facilities were meant for clients abroad.

The company went on to demand compensation for the millions in lost revenue due to the destruction of company property highlighting the complexity of the rising conflict.

The Alika Pact Navy stood off against Krauanagazan naval vessels during an escort through the Gulf of Good Omen. Royal Kalakian Navy destroyer “Packaza”, and People’s Navy of San Marsico destroyer “Weria” escorting a Kalakian oil tanker through the Gulf of Good Omen was engaged in a stand-off with two Kraunagazan destroyers, the stand off lasted for 15 minutes before the Krauangazan Destroyers left the area.

Kliegme has publicly stated its regrets for the issues it may have caused during the process of the peace-keeping operations. It has stated that Kliegme was “unaware” of the status of the Ammunition Depots. Kliegme justified their reasoning by suggesting that as they were used by Nationalist City states to provide supply for their ilegal siege of Clocktown, there were reasons to consider them military targets.

Regarding demands of compensation, the MoD stated that it is willing to provide compensation if Point Rain provides the location of Ammunition Depots that it has leased and hasn’t leased from Nationalist City States, and the publicisation of the full extent of its deals with the Nationalist City States to the International Community, so that a similar incident, which, according to the Kliegmean MoD, was caused by “Misunderstandings regarding the property of Point Rain”, may not occur again.

Yayyára, Krauanagaz— Krauanagazan voters have made their voices heard in a historic election marked by record turnout and major political shifts. Projections confirm Taaayya Lithin (LI), Lyra Zharan (LI), and Thalira Renkara (SV) as winners in the federal race, securing their places in the November 16 second round, while Selvan Kairn (LS), Lurik Taarek (ML), and Zarys Dukvin (HK) will not advance.

In the federal ballot measures, voters have strongly backed Propositions 1, 2, and 3 on military transparency, single-use plastic bans, and minimum wage increases, respectively. Propositions 4 and 7, on emergency powers and Krauanaet term limits, remain too close to call, with both needing 60% to pass. The War Powers Amendment (Prop 6) has passed with a narrow victory at 60.1%, while the Expanded Provincial Independence measure (Prop 5) was rejected by a wide margin.

The Ludikiari races displayed significant regional variance. The SV party won key provinces in Krauana Lupriyra, Prital Kallaria, and Prital Inaria, while LI gained strong support in Luanapríg Vellipriyra and Luanapríg Lupriyra. The HK party secured Mitallpríg and Mitallzoatal, while ML retained influence in Krautallaz and Zhzoatal. Many Zhirveniayyaka races remain too close to call between LI and SV candidates.

As the Gulf War continus with no end in sight, the Kalaki Ministry of Defense has started revamping old Glacier-1 vehicles for Krauanagaz. This package “Will most likely be the last defense package for Kraunagaz, as World Forum Resolution 25 will require us to sanction Krauanagaz.”

Point Rain armory officials have offered submit a full map of all store houses it has leased from the nationalist bloc including those affected by the Kliegmean strike. However, the Company has declined to reveal the full extent of its deals with Okeanos and Vermilion City citing client confidentiality laws of the TCC.

Furthermore, a Point Rain Armory spokesperson explained, “We are unable to reveal the full extent of our dealings with other city-states due to the precedence it would cause. If we were to reveal the nature of our dealings with the Nationalists to Kliegme, then the Nationalists would in turn demand to see confidential information regarding our contracts with the Termina Security Force. This is an outcome the Company wishes to avoid, and hopes that other parties understand the company’s position as a neutral party to the conflict.”

Terminan Security Forces alongside HIgurashi Shock Troopers have successfully pushed the Nationalists out of Clocktown city center. However, Nationalist forces have made gains in the North threatening to cut off the city-state of Rimuru Valley from the rest of the Confederacy.

Meanwhile, The Southern Terminan Provisional Government sent negotiators to Xion Town demanding the city-state join the “legitimate governing body” of Termina. The local government has declined to join the Provisional Government stating that its loyalties remain with the Guild.

Military Experts suggest that the Nationalist’s focus on taking the Terminan capital led to rapid advances in their homeground.

Kliegmean officials stated their intention to uphold their side of the deal, but due to not all demands being met, the compensation to Point Rain would be paid incrementally.

The Kliegmean Representative to the CE, Albert Gröner, has called for the CE to assist Kliegme’s efforts in restoring peace in the region, and act on the resolution to assist the TCG.
