The Izaakian car company Arctic Fox are set to release their new flagship hyper car, the Hunter. The Arctic Fox Hunter will have a 8.4L W16 petrol engine, with an estimated top speed over 300mph. The vehicle is only available in one colour scheme, turquoise with white stripes, painted with drag resistant paint based off the skin of the Mako Shark.
On Sunday the car will aim to beat the Izaakian land speed record for a production vehicle. Arctic Fox are calling the car, the last of an era, and the last pure combustion hypercar they’ll make.
The Garanian Holiday of Chuseok has come to Kliegme. On this day, a full harvest moon appears in the sky and families gather to enjoy time together and give thanks to their ancestors for the plentiful harvest. The women of the family also prepared an ancestral memorial ceremony called charye by filling a table with food including newly harvested rice and fruit.
Garanians celebrate Chuseok by making special foods, particularly a certain kind of rice cake called songpyeon. Songpyeon is made with finely ground new rice and the dough is kneaded into small round shapes and filled with sesame seeds, chestnuts, red beans, or other similar ingredients. The rice cakes are arranged upon layers of pine needles as they are steamed, filling the home with the delicate and fresh fragrance of autumn. On the eve of Chuseok, family members gather to make songpyeon together, illustrating the importance of family in Garanian society.
The Athos region of Vinlandia State has been put under curfew following 2 nights of protests over the killing of members of the the ALF organisation. The protests on both nights have descended into rioting.

Vinlandia Police and State Guard arrest 1207 agitators following rioting over the last 2 nights. The Governor of Vinlandia describes the arrests as the largest police operation in state history. Despite the arrests a third night of rioting in the Athosian region of the state is widely expected.
Overnight there were two coordinated deadly attacks by ALF separatists on a gun shop and a police station. During both attacks an significant number of weapons were stolen. Athos county has been put on lockdown, with border check points on every county border crossing. The Governor of Vinlandia has called in the national guard and the army to secure the situation, with Commander of the Armed Forces Clara Storm en-route to take local command.
Livanan Parliament is in gridlock as the People’s Coalition refused to attend votes, thereby preventing a quorum reached within the parliament. Unions began to call for picket lines demanding the government to ‘hands off our welfare’.

Piedmont Castle, a Maximum Security Prison in Athos County has come under sustained armed attack. The prison is known to house dozens of ALF affiliated extremists, which are believed to be the target of the assault.
Sedunnic Minister of Finance Erenn Ajmarriv has announced that Sedunn will look into conditioning imports based on the laws on the protection of the environment, climate and labour of the exporting country.
