Intense rains lash the northern tier of the country for the second time this month, as a squall line of supercells moves through the area. The Kliegmean Ambassador to Izaakia has asked his Keanuian counterpart to ask their nation whether airdropping supplies are an option. It was informed to the Keanuan ambassador that Kliegme has prepared 6 KL-176 strategic airlifters, capable of unpaved, short range takeoff and landing. It was estimated that about 200 humanitarian aid workers and 360 tonnes of supplies can be carried in these 6 aircraft.

The Cimbrian Kongressen af Stater, along with the Senat has confirmed that the Cimbrian Confederation will begin to move to carbon neutral by 2030. The move has been firmly opposed by Christiansted, along with various Cimbrian Oil Companies. However, it was due to Odense, Ny Colradia, and in particular Old Jylland that the Bill passed and approved by the Chancellor and Prime Minister.
In other news, The Denverian Civil War Memorials in Starton, Copenhagen, Hawk, and Kingston are all nearing completion. All share the Common theme of being a White Obelisk engraved with the Flags of all Civil War Participants and Those Affected. Also included at the base is a list of each Countries Casualty Numbers, both Military and Civilian. Near the Memorial is a semi large wall which depicts various moments of the Civil War along with a list of Battles. In front of the Memorial is a Display of Flags, which includes both Countries Affected by the Civil War and those who sent troops to the Union and Spiras. A separate memorial in Spiras will be constructed honoring both the Starhawk Pact and the Concordia Entente, along with Huawan. Details about this Memorial have yet to be released.

The Ryccian Foreign Ministry has expressed “concern” for the comments made by Frost lawmakers, stating that “although we trust in our security inspection protocols, it is never a failure to be cautious. On the contrary, to be constantly aware of the changing circumstances of the world and acting accordingly by updating the relevant regulations and promoting awareness of the law among the public, both domestic and foreign, is natural, efficient and responsible. In Ryccia’s case in particular, our peculiar legal status on drug use may confuse some Valkyrian citizens unfamiliar with the details of our laws, and may import products from their country illegally without being aware of it. It is a government’s responsibility to raise awareness of public safety and promote the rule of law of both its and other foreign states. We hope the Frost government and its officials take interest in pursuing a proactive stance in the development and preservation of rule of law not only domestically, but abroad. The Ryccian government will always be receptive to cooperation for the cause of international security and law enforcement to preserve the constitutional orders of both its state and others, and we invite the Frost administration, as well as other governments, to initiate contact to work together towards achieving these noble goals”.

Although “limited” in its capacity to send foreign aid due to domestic efforts towards recovery and stability, the Ryccian government has pledged to sponsor Ryccian doctors and send its own search and rescue teams to aid in the emergency situation transpiring in Keanu and Hurley. The Ryccian government has also offered to send Ryccian police to assist local authorities if they deem the disaster has caused “an unfortunate degeneration in the capacity of local authorities to preserve law and order in the territory. We will pay for their sustenance and upkeep”. Further, the Ryccian authorities have instructed state-owned banks to offer local authorities and residents low-interest, long-term loans with “generous” payback terms backed by the Ryccian state should Keanu and Hurley allow it.

Prime Minister Taika of Keanu and Hurley makes an emergency radio address from Ohayo General Infirmary, one of the few buildings on the island with an emergency generator and radio broadcasting capabilities. He said for people to “Help each other” and that “Help from home and abroad is on its way, however, we need any able bodied persons to help clear the docks and rebuild destroyed parts of the airstrips.” He also asked all Island chiefs to create command centres and establish communication with the capital in Keanu, saying communications aid will be arriving within the next day from Izaakia.
PM Taika then made contact with nations offering aid, and accepted their help, thanking them for their contributions. He asked for Fresh Water, Food and Shelter in supplies and for Medics, Doctors, Search and Rescue teams and Infrastructure Engineers .

President Storm visits Montacia to assess the damage caused by Hurricane Himiko. It is estimated that the USI death count is 30-40, and damage in the area of $120-140 billion. However, key infrastructure is largely in tact, and power is expected to be restored to the whole nation within the next 48 hours.

The Keanu and Hurley Air Division reports that it’s 4 Sallocopter Transport Helicopters and 7 Ohayo Sea Planes are in working condition, however Aviation Fuel Supplies at the Keanu Airport have been contaminated with salt water, and the hangar doors at Hurley Airport have collapsed shut. The Keanuan air division believe it is possible in both cases to use ramps into the sea to allow the planes to take off from there whilst the air strips are out of use.

Sedunnic forign minister Gjieramm has announced that a Sedunnic naval task force initially including the aircraft carrier SNS Paksarr Vosallu and several other military and civilian ships will spearhead rescue and relief operations in the Hurley islands in cooperation with local authorities. The task force is said to already be on its way and is at “above maximum speed”.

Acting chief Hana Pua’shi has revealed details about FiHami’s yearly celebration of the summer solstice and unveiled a new holiday called Chief’s day, landing on the day the late great chief of FiHami died.
The summer solstice in Finixi culture is the traditional new year, as that typically marks the start of the cyclone season.
FiHami businesses will be closed for these two days while the island mourns and celebrates.

The Parliament, the Peonic People’s Council, was presented an edict for the application of membership to the CE. The Royal Palace of Huawan said that membership in the CE will help Huawan in securing global peace and stability.
The bill is expected to pass, as High Diplomat Diao Chan has begun preparing a team of delegates to the CE headquarters.

Kliegme has informed Termina that trials for the fishermen is scheduled, and that the fishermen is free to be accompanied by both Terminan and Kliegmean lawyers should they request either or both. They will also have the full right to remain silent, and other protections guaranteed under the Kliegmean Constitution. Kliegme has also informed that Kliegme’s Criminal Act considers the criminal code against poaching is applied jus soli.

Reports from Keanu and Hurley say that flood waters are beginning to subside and puts the initial death count at around 280, however the Custeau and Attenborough barrier islands are yet to report.

The aircraft carrier EAF Merciful Neona, together with multiple transport and rescue helicopters, and cargo ships, has passed through the Strait of Good Omen and entered the South Pacific Ocean carrying medicines, generators, and rescue drones for locating victims.
