The Termina Commerce Guild has confirmed that it has received word of an alleged poaching incident from the Kliegmean Government. However the TCG has declined to comment further stating that the guild is conducting its own independent investigation into the matter.

Countryside Magazine awards President Storms Farmhouse South Wold Cheese four and a half stars out of five. The cheese was commended for its strong mature flavour and excellent crumbling texture, which was particularly well matched with the farms apple cider and chilli chutney.

Today marks the second day of protest by GA, as they have again blocked roads. Again, main streets were blocked at the rush hour. This time however no raods towards the airport were blocked, but the runways themselves were. Approximated damage to the Münnen Int’l is around 1,3 Million EG.

The Royal Family has announced the Engagement of Prince Edward and his Girlfriend, Grace Thompson, Daughter of Army General Jack Thompson, who died during the Denverian Civil War in Hawk after the Nuclear Bombing. The Relationship between the 2 has so far been kept a secret to the General Public at the request of the Prince himself. The 2 met during Edwards Military Leave in December 2021 and quickly became friends and started dating. Grace has been a staunch supporter of Veterans and their mental health, partially due to her Brother, William Thompson(an Army Sgt. during the PCW and SCW), suffering from PTSD. She has also been campaigning for a Denverian Civil War Memorial to her father, who played a pivotal part early on, forming Task Force Denver to relieve Task Force Eagle. A Memorial to The General has since been planned to be placed near where his Command Tent was located in Hawk(Hawk Central Park). The Marriage Date has yet to be set, but will most likely happen sometime soon and will be private, as is standard for Royal Marriages.

The United States of Izaakia Navy to begin trials for navigation using a Quantum Accelerometer, potentially a future more reliable form of navigation when compared to GPS. The Kliegmean Government has released a statement, which says that while it understands the Terminan position, conducting a joint investigation would make the process more streamlined and fair to both nations. Kliegme has also revealed that enough evidence has been collected to prosecute the fishermen for poaching.

After a second trial Van Mathis’es sentencing to death by fiering squad was confirmed and is to take place in Asimipoli on the 1st of june, the exact location is unknown and the execution is to be private. It has leaked that the person selected to shoot him is Rafail Mallotis, a navyman who lost his family to the genocide done by the Neufolk.

The Izaakian Meteorological Office said that the incoming Montacian tropical storm is currently a Class 4 Cyclone, which is expected to increase to a class 5 around Keanu and Hurley or on its approach to Montacia. The Cyclone has been named Himiko.

Many Pasten politicians have expressed worry about the mass of drugs being legalized in Valkyria, with some stating that Past should ban imports from Valkyria. However, the leading party, the Pasten Democratic Party have stated that they consider open trade a part of their commitment to their LoC allies. Therefore, a resolution is being drafted for increased screening of Valkyrian products entering the country. It will also see to it that any Valkyrian nationals do not have illegal drugs on them.

The Kliegmean Duma has passed a resolution allowing Kliegmean Authorities to screen all goods from Valkyria to prevent Ilegal drugs from being smuggled into Kliegme. MP Sergey Karshovich has stated that this resolution was made to counter the number of drugs smuggled from Valkyria increasing by 100% since Valkyria’s legalization of harmful substances that remain ilegal in Kliegme.

The City-state of Mipha, TCC, praised the Valkyrian decision to legalize certain drugs with a local official saying, “The Miphan People welcomes the Valkyrian decision since the people have always believed that drug use is a public health issue and not a criminal issue. We hope that the rest of the world will work to remove the stigma associated with drug use so that users can get the treatment they need and have a safe place.”
In other news preliminary reports from the TCG investigators have found no wrongdoing on the part of the Terminan fishermen with the report stating, “Although the drifting of fishing vessels into Kliegman waters is an unfortunate error, the fishermen themselves did not catch anything illegal under Terminan law. However, the TCC acknowledges that the affected fish species is illegal in Kliegme, but under the Fisherman’s Right passed in 1950 to feed the Terminan people resisting the Imperialist menace, Terminan law supersedes all laws at a reasonable distance away from the sovereign waters of a foreign entity. Sovereign waters is defined under Terminan law to include the territorial sea and contiguous zone or up to 24 nautical miles from the shore. Furthermore the law is meant to protect fishermen in international waters who stray too close to the EEZ of another state. However, maritime maps presented by Terminan fishermen and the Kliegman fishermen interviewed within the TCC have discovered an ambiguous stretch of water between Mipha, Vermillion city, TCC, and Yatagarasu, Kliegme that Terminans claim constitute reasonable distance away from the Kliegman shores.”
The TCG stressed that the results are preliminary and stressed that there were still possible avenues such as directly violating the fisherman’s Right bill by deliberately entering Kliegman waters to fish the eels.

The Kliegmean MFA has responded rather negatively to this development. “It is highly regretful that the Terminan Commerce Confederacy’s position is different to ours and of international law. Despite the bilateral history and constructive relationship as great trade partners, especially in the fields of Energy and Information Technology, Terminan claims are not a factor in dictating what our sovereign waters look like. The Fishermen were arrested, according to reports from the Kliegmean Coastal Guard, between the Yatagarasu strait. Despite Terminan claims, the Kliegmean constitution, and the Treaty of Mumiea, of which the TCC was an observer in its signing, suggest that the Waters the fishermen were arrested in, is not even an EEZ, but sovereign water of Kliegme in which Kliegmean laws are to be used. As such, the Terminan “Fisherman’s Rights act”, which, according to the description provided by Terminan Authorities, is unable to use to protect the fishermen. The Itrysh Eels are protected not only by Kliegmean, but International law regarding endangered species. Blatant disregard to this protection casts doubt on Termina’s cooperation in the preservation of Pacifica’s environment. We hope that this difference in position can be addressed in a quick, mutually agreeable fashion.”

Prytanis Kanidis has stated in public television on the Valkyrian resolution: "The law isn’t badly regarded. However, for the products to go through the Rhaynan border, they will need to have a certified dose and chemical analysis, be lab tested for their effects, and only be sold to hospital and legal identities with the due documentation for the handling and redistribution.
Any product that doesn’t fit these requirements may be sanctioned, seized for analysis, or straight up prohibited.
However, if the law shows to be problematic to other nations in the LoC, we’ll be open to discussion for a regulation policy."

The Thalapadian government has stated that it will not change it’s drug laws.
“Drugs seriously erode on the physical, mental and social health of people, running lives and causing addiction, so legalization of them would be a serious risk to the health of the nation. Thalapadis already has a well working free rehabilitation system and anti drug campaign because of which the rate of drug use and especially drug related fatalities have been drastically reduced. Legalizing drugs would undermine the years of work put into it.”
Thalapadis has also said to increase screening of goods imported from valkyria

According to Government leaks, the MFA had not expected the Terminans to act so protective for a bunch of poachers, instead of cooperating with a major economic partner in what could’ve been a small incident.
Gasproiz executives have been reported to be moving to the Strelna, in order to meet the President.
