The concluded agreement as to what ought to be delivered includes the following information:
¶After two decades of diplomatic isolationism and eight years of economic isolationism; Nasphilitae has adapted some structural reforms, with key ones left awaiting, the passage of general elections and subsequent executive governance formation.
¶The OPAL & IaN and NAACN had re-opened and have fore-fronted the re-liberalisation and reformation since then.
¶New Grand Duke Dawson had been elected, passing the somewhat controvrsial Electoral Ordinance. Subsequently, Political Parties have formed, contesting the Constitutional Assembly.
¶The Ordinance had tasked legal goverment employees in two key areas: internationalisation of the WF and other “convention” international law into its constitution.
