The Ryccian Army has begun to organize and arm a new Valoran army composed of equal parts of constitutional monarchists and republicans, alongside a smaller contingent of autocrats as per the Grovne Accords. The new army will have an initial composition of 50,000 troops sourced from former personnel from all factions. According to the accords, Izaakia can send any representatives it wishes to supervise the Ryccian Army’s work and interfere in the process if it deems it necessary.
