I have taken a look, and, unfortunately this is something that I appear unable to do. I thought one could change their name through preferences, however, it would seem that this isnāt the case (unless Iām missing something). The next best thing I can suggest is filing an admin request within Operations Center. Hope this helps!

Statement from the Chair defining the powers of the Deputy Chair of the Assembly
Pursuant to sub-section 6, of section 2 of the Legislative Procedure Act. The Chair of the Assembly designates the following powers that can be exercised by the Deputy Chair of the Assembly without the prior consent of the Chair, any other actions/powers of the Chair not defined below are outwith the authority and competence of the office of the Deputy Chair within the Assembly:

Working on any assignments/projects designated to the Deputy Chair by the Chair of the Assembly.

Opening/Closing voting for legislative items.

Amending/Adding both topic tags, and identifying information for debate and voting topics.

Approving/Rejecting Leave of Absenceās (LoA) requests.

Approving/Rejecting Legislator Applications.

Closing/Opening topics both past and present when relevant.

Statement from the Chair on the Appointment of Penguin as Clerk of the Assembly
Legislators, Sorry for the repeated pings. However, I have an important announcement from the Office of the Chair.
I, @BlockBuster2K43, your incumbent Chair of the Assembly am delighted to announce to you all, another leadership appointment. I am hear-by appointing @penguin to the office of the Deputy Chair of the Assembly effective immediately. Pursuant to sub-section 6, of section 2 of the Legislative Procedure Act. I will be declaring the powers that can be exercised by the Deputy Chair via a more in-depth public statement posted here.
As a long time South Pacifican of a staggering 11 years (soon to be 12), and holding important offices such as Delegate and Prime Minister. I am confident that Penguin will be able to serve as Deputy Chair in a great capacity, and do well in this role. They will be assisting me in most of the day-to-day business of the Assembly.
I look forward to working with Penguin in achieving the remainder of my campaign goals, and ensuring that the Assembly is in the best state that it can possibly be in!

Yes, I will be making a public statement here. Hopefully later on today when I get a spare few minutes.

Statement from the Chair on the clarification of assignments/projects for the Clerk and Deputy Chair
At current I will be assigning the implementation of bi-weekly Assembly briefings (I hope to assist with this and provide help as needed) to our newly appointed Deputy Chair. This will be their main responsibility, alongside helping me with the day-to-day running of the Assembly. With regards to our current Clerk, their assignment portfolio will not change. I hope this clears up any questions.
