The requirements to run for Craziest Person of the South Pacific are as follows:

• Be nominated or declare one’s candidacy as a reply to this topic no later than 2025-10-20T12:00:00Z. Valid nominations and/or declarations have to contain a valid 5-7-5-syllable Haiku in the English language.
• Other candidates may be added at the discretion of the Election Commissioner.

The Elections Act contains no information on the requirements for participation in this election.
