Article 1914: All Articles of this Constitution are hereby repealed, annulled, and rendered of no force or effect, and are simultaneously reissued, reenacted, and restored in full with the same numbering previously assigned thereto, this act being undertaken without necessity, justification, or discernible legal consequence whatsoever.

Article 1915: Article 1914 is repealed as it attempts to repeal permanent articles (See Article 1619).

Article 1916: Article 1907 is nessecary for keeping peace and hereby reinstated.

Article 1917: Article 1916 is made invalid and 1907 invalid as Article 1907 does not provide any new law for it to be necessary.

Article 1927: It shall constitute a crime against this Region for any nation to submit a resolution to the World Assembly without first placing such resolution on last call and granting the Director of the Office of World Assembly Legislation a reasonable opportunity to open a voting thread thereon.

Any submission made in violation of this provision shall be subject to such penalties as may be prescribed by law.
