Article 1659: Konsa returns declaring war on cake

Article 1661: article 1659 is reinstated and konsa gladly accepts being condemned
Article 1662: As of Article 1660, Konsa will be exiled from the Coalition of The South Pacific within the publication of the next 10 articles if nothing will be done about this.
Article 1663: konsa declares war on TSP
Article 1664: To deal with the ROK (Return of Konsa) crisis, a special meeting will be held at Government Island to discuss the situation and decide how to respond. All legislators must come to this meeting.
Article 1665: All legislators who refuse to participate in the meeting in Article 1664 shall be forced to eat a cake or pie, whichever one they hate more.

According to the decisions made at the ROK conference,
- All nations in the region are to increase border control to prevent Konsa - supporter from entering TSP.
- All nations must support the fight by sending at least 20% of their standing military to fight Konsa
- All nations must revoke citizenship of Konsa supporters and their leaders must insult Konsa on the news every morning.
Article 1671: Fights between Konsa and the coalition must be a food fight. The food used should be soft enough to not cause serious injuries. Cake-throwing is encouraged.
Article 1672: Pie-throwing is discourage. They shouldn’t be produced in the first place.
Article 1673: Cakes shaped like pies are strongly encouraged to be thrown at Konsa.
