Article 1652: Any resident of the South Pacific may write an article to stop the validity of Article 206, except for Besern, as their article would be invalid according to the Article 1629 referendum. Even if the validity of Article 206 is stopped, all Besern’s articles currently considered invalid will stay invalid until the South Pacific completely dissolves. The article to stop the validity of Article 206 shall allow new Besern’s articles that comply with the existing laws to be valid, and Besern’s right to author valid articles respected.
