Article 1991: Article 1986 and Article 1988 are hereby repealed on the ground that their enactment disturbed the settled reliance interests of the parties in the case of @Ace v. @Konsa et al. (Ace v Konsa); and any Article enacted after the initiation of proceedings in that case which purports to vest, confer, or otherwise assign title to any party thereto, or to any other individual, is hereby declared null, void, and of no legal force or effect.
This Article shall not be repealed, amended, or otherwise abrogated except upon the unanimous consent of all parties to that case.
