CN2305 | Cabinet Appointments
@legislators of the South Pacific,
There has been a seconded motion to confirm a new Cabinet (individually). The debate topic can be found here.
Based on the Charter’s wording on appointed Cabinet members (not the Cabinet as a whole) receiving confirmation, each of these votes count individually towards the legislator voting requirement.
This is a Cabinet confirmation, according to the Legislative Procedure Act requiring a majority greater than 50% to pass. The voting period will be 3 days, thus concluding on Tue Aug 01 2023 01:00:00 UTC (02:00 in London, 21:00 on Jul 31 in New York, 11:00 in Sydney).
