Summary | Delegates the power to appoint Regional Officers to the Ministers
In accordance with Article V Section 2 Subsection d of the Charter, the Prime Minister hereby delegates the power of Article 3 Section 1 and Article 2 Section 3 of the Regional Officers Act to the Cabinet Ministers.
The Ministers may only use these power when it comes to appointing and dismissing themselves, other Ministers, and the Director of OWL from RO positions, and may only grant Communications, Appearances, and Polls. The Minister of Culture and Deputy Minister of Culture may additionally use these powers to appoint and dismiss RMB Mayors. RMB Mayors may only be granted the Polls power. Ministers are expected to confer with each other before ordering the dismissal of another Minister from a Regional Officer Position.
