In accordance with Article 3 Part 1 of the Regional Officers Act and Cabinet Order 85, the Minister of Culture orders the Delegate to:

  1. Dismiss El Caldron in TSP as ‘Pollmaster’.
  2. Appoint The X-8 Research Center as ‘Pollmaster’ with Polls powers.
