A resolution to choose KrisKringle as Chair of the Assembly

WHEREAS, the term of the incumbent Chair is approaching its conclusion on February 1, 2026; and

WHEREAS, the Assembly formally elected KrisKringle as Chair on November 22, 2025; and

WHEREAS, the Assembly believes that they should be afforded the opportunity to be elected for another three-month term.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY:

That @KrisKringle is hereby elected to serve as Chair of the Assembly until May 1, 2026 4:00 PM.
