January 2026 Chair Resolution

A resolution to choose Hamborn as Chair of the Assembly

WHEREAS, the term of the incumbent Chair is approaching its conclusion on February 1, 2026; andWHEREAS, the term of the incumbent Chair is approaching its conclusion on February 1, 2026; and

WHEREAS, the Assembly recognizes that the continued vitality and longevity of the region are best preserved by the advancement of newer players into positions of leadership, including within this branch of government; and

WHEREAS, one such legislator, Hamborn, has presented himself for election to the office of Chair upon an agenda pledging to improve the accessibility and general understanding of the region’s laws, and to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of legislator applications; and

WHEREAS, the Assembly, having duly considered the qualifications, intentions, and commitment of said legislator, finds Hamborn to be the most fit and suitable person to assume the duties and responsibilities of the Chair.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY:

That @Hamborn is hereby elected to serve as Chair of the Assembly until May 1, 2026 4:00 PM.
