The delegateās vote is equal to 1 + their endo count. The delegate currently has 555 endos as of this post, not 556. Their vote strength is 556 because they have their own vote in addition to the ones given by the endorsements.
Only delegates get increased vote strength. Non-delegate nations only get one vote no matter how many endos they have.
Theoretically if enough nations voted against the delegate they could count for more than the delegateās vote, but in practice this will never happen here. Youād need more nations voting against the delegate than there are nations endorsing the delegate and voting with them combined.
