Military officials from the frost empire have declined to comment on whether or not it would allow Thalapadian military vessels to pass through the “Frost Cordon” despite pleas from their Emeraldian counterparts to do so. The officials have assured members of the press that all civilian and aid ships have been allowed to pass through the cordon regardless of their flag and will continue to do until the cordon becomes a warzone.
Meanwhile the Imperial ministry of foreign affairs released a statement to members of the public stating that Thalapadians would be allowed through the cordon when the WF resolution to intervene against Ludville passes.
In other news the ministry of foreign affairs has declined to respond to the Thalapadian “condemnation” and sanctions against the empire.
However, according to anonymous sources within the ministry, the empire allegedly expected an escalation of tensions between the Empire and Thalapadis after the Thalapadian’s callous disregard for international law and norms.

An Izaakian aid flotilla has set sail from Manta City to Emerald and Denver. The aid package contains 1.2 million tonnes of food, medical supplies, nuclear contamination kits and fresh glacier water. The Pride of Keyli car ferry shipping close to 300 trucks and vans to distribute the aid, and a container ship has been retrofitted to act as a heliport for aid distribution.

New Colradia has confirmed that it will send 2 Combat Regiments to Emerald to further bolster defenses in Denver and assist the Resistance. The 3rd Fleet has been re positioned to further cut off Ludville from the outside world.

The Festival of Flowers, FiHami’s last festival of the Finixi calendar year, is announced to begin on March 15th, running until March 25th.
Many florists have already boasted about their stands on social media, under the hashtag #FlowerCountdown, seeing hundreds of posts per hour, from florists taking pictures of their flowers and festival goers showing off floral outfits, or posting about being excited for the festival.
One of the organizers for this year’s festival had to say this about the online traction:
“The Finixi festival of flowers is an important end to the year during the time of transition from the dry season to the rainy season. It is about celebrating life and surviving the dry spell. In ancient times we would prepare the soil for the rainy season by planting quick growing flowers. As the flowers bloomed, farmers would share with their friends and family, even total strangers from distant villages, as a sign of good fortune and healthy soil for later. Nowadays, these flowers are given away and sold at this festival, as a symbol of love and unity, desiring prosperity for the recipient.”
Countries outside of FiHami may report mysterious flowers from the island nation during the festival amidst rising tensions worldwide.

Thalapadis has called the Frost empire out for “illegally attempting to blockade thalapadian ships to pass trough international waters” and stated that “We want to remind the frost empire that stopping thalapadian ships to pass is a violation of international law and a act of war against the alliance of Thalapadis and Emerald and as such will be seen as the frost empire allying itself with Ludville. Neither of our states want that so we call for de-escalation of the situation for the good of the whole international community. Thalapadis won’t back down from sending it’s ships as per our alliance with Emerald even without the official international intervention we have the right and obligation to intervene and stand besides Emerald.”

Many members of the Ikaranarean government have criticized the Frost Empire for “Overstepping its boundaries” in regards to the cordon, especially that it’s in international waters. Many people have also criticized it for its usage of the WF as an organization temporarily to block Thalapadian military aid to Emerald, citing the WF as an “inefficient organization” that “cannot effectively respond to international situations that need immediate attention,” further citing that “The bombs dropped 3 days ago, and no resolution has passed.” The government has not made a statement about WF involvement, but has officially said; “While we don’t wish for further escalations, [The cordon] certainly does not bode well for future Ikaranarean-Frost relations.”

President Innienn has addressed the Ludvillan regime: “It must be very clear by now that you are facing an overwhelmingly powerful coalition with unprecedented resolve to punish you and prevent further attacks. Face reality, and take the chance to get to the negotiating table before you waste everything you care for.”
He further urges all nations that are sending naval forces to Ludville to respect the conventions on the law of the sea and act responsibly as not to act in ways that further destabilise the sensitive situation.

As the Sea trials for the Myurmyansk Class KN-CA-08 “Novoarkhangelsk” ends in success, Novoarkhangelsk is to be assigned to the 4th Squadron of the 4th Flotilla. As such, all Squadrons in the Brevero Fleet of Kliegme have one Aegis(equivalent) cruiser each. This completes the 88 Squadron(8 Squadrons, 8 Cruisers) Programme by the Chief of Staff of the Navy, Admiral Fyodor Volodin.

1500 Air Force (in combination with Marines) troops, led by Lieutenant General Rebecca Sanadawa, along with 8 EAI A1-V9 Eagle II Attack Aircraft, 2 EAI B2-V8 Goliath Bombers, 10 EAI T5-V4 Marksman Fighter Aircraft, 1 EAI C3-V7 Angel Carrier Aircraft, and 1 EAI T6-V3 Titan.
1500 Naval Troops (in combination with Marines), led by Rear-Admiral Kofi Falipo, along with 4 Lompali-class Destroyers, 1 EMS Nkrumah Aircraft Carrier, 3 EVV Danote Frigates and 1 EVV Independence Amphibious Assault Ship.
They will arrive tomorrow on Denverian soil.

Ikaranarean and Losavral officials have told the Sugovian government that they will be lining troops on the Losavral-Sugovian border to prevent further spillover from Losavral insurgent groups and have notified both the Sugovian and Weisserstiener governments of the troop positions in advance to prevent any confusion. This comes after a major confrontation between allied Proud Losavrals and the Bvarai Benêrai against the Losavral People’s Front kills at least 553, wounds 1,026 and displaces hundreds to thousands of civilians fleeing the town after the confrontation. Ikaranarean and Losavral authorities express a new commitment to reducing the insurgents’ capabilities by reducing funding and raiding places where insurgents keep arms and ammunition. Some in the Losavral governments have called for the demolishment of the militia system, citing that it increases insurgent capability and significantly reduces Losavral military capability with regard to air and naval forces, with one military analyst saying “The combined naval capabilities of all 24 tribes would do little to stop even an independent Ikaranarean Tzara… A country with as big a coastline as Losavra should be concerned about such a development.” This has faced criticism from some of the tribes, however, warning that they "Would never send forces to a national government. and stating that “Our soldiers defend their homeland and nowhere else; They will not fight the other tribes’ battles.” it remains to be seen if these changes will be made- if so, it will take months longer for the federal government to acquire rights to all of the arms holdings in the country, and a long time to reorganize the national militia into a national army, air force, and navy.

After a minor political crisis regarding the results of local elections, most notably by masive protests in Odsclea, the thalapadian congress has passed a bill splitting the province of Rykinisi by ethnic lines, creating the new province of Odaclea. Some people have pointed out how similar the borders of the province are to the front line in the first days of the Neufolk revolt.
With this everything is set for all local governments to start working fully, and the national government is expected to publish a map with the results
