The snap election for the Ryccian Parliament is to be held tomorrow. The vote for delegates for a National Convention shall also be held. Coincidentally, three generals have been sentenced to death following their trials for treason. They are to be executed soon.
FiHami’s parliament has voted 26-24 to ban the death penalty in FiHami, and 44-4-2 for bill that nullified ancient rules set before 2019 that was not codified in the 2019 Reason Act.
The deciding factor may or may not have been related to the scheduled execution of Ryccian generals, for the 2 abstainers that held the vote at a tie for so long.

The Foreign Ministry of Kliegme have announced that humanitarian aid to Huawan from Kliegme will sadly have to be limited to NGO and individual efforts, due to the Kliegmean government mobilizing humanitarian goods as a response to flood damages.

Mister Speaker Philip Horn has called a Parliamentary election for two new Deputy Speakers. This election is to take place next week. Nominations take place immediately until Sunday. Campaigning takes place on Monday and Tuesday and voting takes place from Wednesday until Saturday with the results being announced on Monday evening, 6 February.

Today the Minister of Work and Social Affairs, Nrite presented bluepoints of his new plan to relieve the burden of employers by changing the tax code and the pension insurance payments by employers. Currently, the insurance is paid 50% by the employers and 50% by the employees. The plan proposed a 40:60 ratio.
This plan was met with rejection by the opposition and the yoauth organizations of the governing parties.

The USI Foreign Minister Noor Aqaba has earmarked $T 3.6 billion in disaster relief for Huawan. In addition the Hospital Ship - IRN Nurse Shark alongside the generator ship IRN Electric Eel have set sail to assist in disaster relief.

The Jakubian government has offered medical support along with support for evacuations in Ya to the Huwanian government. The Jakubian Minister of the Ministry of Power declared that “understanding the cause of this disaster is crucial for the future of nuclear power. Especially if Jakub wishes to invest in nuclear power anytime in the future.”
The Emeraldian Government has also offered Medical Support, along with food and water supplies for the People in Ya, Hai Lan, and Hai Men. The Minister Of Infrastructure, Matthew Rivers, has also offered aid for the Ongoing Nuclear Disaster in Ya. This accident has not deterred Emerald’s efforts at nuclear power, strictly forbidden from Military Use.
