The final wave of drafts have finished in Yttria, with the current army now standing at 1,399,140 soldiers. Of that number, 1,048,279 soldiers still need to be trained.
President Rilv has signed a bill prohibiting the usage of drafts unless the country is in war, or on the verge of war.
President Troy Cayetano and his administration are desperately trying to recover from a mass stock market crash in early November. Prices along with interest rates have risen causing anger from the public.
The bill to label Pelinai as a Rouge State has passed, with the official statement from the foreign Minister being:
“Ikaranara is sadly unable to logically restablish relations with Pelinai at this time. Their reactionary measures regarding the war with Thalapadis and a similar escalation regarding an Izaakian holiday have shown us that it is better to not diplomatically interact with such a state. Their escalatory nature also makes us request Ikaranarean citizens not to travel there under any circumstances for fear of Pelinai getting itself enraptured in another conflict.”
Being a Rouge State means that it is impossible to travel to Ikaranara as a Pelinese citizen unless Ikaranara authorizes seekers of asylum to come there. It also means that Ikaranara withdraws all diplomatic ties with Pelinai, or in this case refuses to reinstate them. Any existing trade between the two countries would cease, and future trade will become impossible.
A bill has been proposed to raise military spending to 5% of the GDP. It is expected to pass.
Past has requested a meeting with Ikaranara. Rumors say that the meeting has military affairs as the main point of its agenda, particularly the military alliance that binds the two.
Weissersteiner Chancellor Friedrich Müller announced that Weisserstein had began sending aid to Thalapadis, mostly humanitarian but also some military materiels. Chancellor Müller stated that “…Weisserstein felt the fallout of its own destructive civil war, so let us help in at least preventing more civilian deaths and saving lives in Thalapadis.”
With regards with Pelinai’s support for Neufolk, the Chancellor stated that “…Pelinai has their reasons to support Neufolk and we have our reasons to support Thalapadis. We’ve disagreed in this area as we have in the past. However Weisserstein and Pelinai would not let this disagreement tear the friendship of our two nations apart.”
“As for Rhayna and Ikaranara’s take on Pelinai’s decision, that is a more complicated matter. Just know that we respect the decisions of our LoC allies and will not interfere in their decisions outside of in an attempt to establish a peaceful settlement to the dispute. And just know that Weisserstein would still maintain its diplomatic missions and relations with Pelinai, and know that the Pelinese people are always welcomed here in Weisserstein.” says the Chancellor when asked regarding Rhayna and Ikaranara’s recent fallout with Pelinai.
In the same announcement, the Chancellor also announced that Weisserstein will also began sending military and humanitarian aid towards Jakub, alongside several military attaches. It has even been rumored that several Weissersteiners have volunteered to fight against the insurgents, although this had not been confirmed.
The insurgency threatens descendants of Weissersteiner settlers who have lived in Jakub, and especially the areas around and near Küstenstadt, for decades. Chancellor Müller stated that “…our fellow Weissersteiners and their descendants have lived peacefully in Jakub, and now they’re very existence and livelihood is threatened by the insurgency. Taking necessary actions to protect our brothers by blood, and by extension the people of Jakub as a whole, is a moral obligation for Weisserstein and the Weissersteiner people.”

Prime Minister Kilaui Kuri gave the green light for the execution this morning. Protests erupted on the volcano just before the execution was scheduled to occur, only to be disrupted by a swarm of angry fire falcons. All in all, there were 14 casualties and 203 injured.
The priesthood reported that a mysterious toddler fell from the sky. They reported this toddler to be the late Ha’Coron’ Finix Fi’Shi who has come back to Pacifica to save FiHami, again. The priesthood refused to comment on this declaration. Ha’Coron’ Hana Pua’shi commented with fear for the nation.

Puani Kokostali was reported missing following the events. The priesthood has put out a reward for 100,000 flamethrowers for anyone who returns Puani to custody alive.

“Today, we are authorizing military support from Pelinai and Weisserstein. The Kingdom of Pelinai is authorized to bring its military advisors and military equipment to the Jakubian Armed Forces. The Jakubian Air Force also plans to purchase military aircraft from the country to speed up its modernization. Weisserstein will be authorized to send humanitarian equipment and personnel to assist those that are being harmed by the Molician extremists. Weisserstein will also be permitted to send military advisors and military equipment to the Jakubian Armed Forces. Weisserstein is also permitted to directly deploy military to protect Weisserstein citizens and ethnic Weissersteinians inside of Jakub.”
Ruskowski would pause for a moment, moving his papers. He now began to speak English towards the press members.
“I hear by declare that the Democratic Republic of Jakub stands against Ikaranara’s declaration of Pelinai as a “rogue state”. We will stand by Pelinai against this jingoistic attempt at discrediting the Kingdom of Pelinai. We are not saying that Ikaranara is not allowed to disapprove of Pelinai, but we believe that this is too far for any nation. Jakub stanie.”
Ruskowski would take his papers and walk away.
Sealift and airlift components of the Pelinese Armed Forces have immediately begun transporting advisor personnel and armaments to Jakub after receiving authorization from its government. Due to reports of rocket attacks by Molician insurgents, twelve complete Type 38 Pavise Integrated Air Defense Systems are being transported to Jakub to aid in the interception of rockets, artillery shells, and mortar shells that may be fired by Molician insurgents in the future. Other materiel aid to the Jakubian Armed Forces is reported to include, among other things, small arms and infantry equipment, medical supplies, IED-hardened armored cars and transport vehicles, and ammunition for Jakubian and Pelinese armaments. Advisor personnel from the Pelinese White Army are also being sent to aid in the training of Jakubian security forces and facilitate the execution of efficient COIN operations against the Molician insurgency.
The Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Foreign Affairs have approved the purchase of Pelinese armaments by the Jakubian Armed Forces, including the Ae-16IS Rose and Ae-15BIS Thistle navalized multirole fighters and the Ae-15IS Cornflower land-based multirole fighter.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Vyacheslav Andreyev has responded negatively when asked about Ikaranara’s decision in labeling Pelinai a rouge state.
“We believe that the “rogue” designation is only detrimental to the ceasefire between the Kingdom of Pelinai and the Starhawk pact. Of course, it is Ikaranara’s God-given right to decide what states it wants to form relations with, especially since the decision was made by democratically elected individuals. However, it is also our God-given right to assure to the Kingdom of Pelinai that we will continue trade, governmental and civilian ties, and more.”
When asked about the Jakubian civil conflict, he has stated that “while their government has not returned their response to our offers of Military Equipment and Air Support, we will support the legitimate government regardless to what their response may be.”
The press cought Valentinos Antonides in a rush to ask him about Ikaranara’s decision to designate Pelinai a rogue nation.
He quickly said without stopping to walk: “they did as they seam fit, but we stand by the values of our treties and ones said in my speach. I currently have bigger fish to fry”
The Weissersteiner Kaiserliche Luftkavalleriekorps (Imperial Air Cavalry Corps) were seen mobilizing and preparing to leave in full gear. It is believed that they will be deployed into the Küstenstadt island following the recent speech by president Roskowski of Jakub in order to protect the Weissersteiners and other inhabitants of the island.
The Kliegmean PMC Veritas has delivered weaponry to the Thalapadian Armed Forces. The contents of the delivery seem to be of recent additions to the Kliegmean Armed Forces, therefore implying it had been delivered to gather combat data.
The first shipment of aid package from Weisserstein had reached Thalapadis. More will soon follow.
