The transfer of power in Ryccia has been completed. The Mirrey administration is now in full control of all Ryccian territories and assets. The interim government has declared a state of emergency to hasten the recovery process. Furthermore, the government has revealed that it has arrested thousands of military officials. It has opened up the country again after it was shut off for a week for “this special extraordinary operation”. More actions by the interim government are expected soon.

Images of the Myrian Ambassador to Gianatla, Farid Dagher, have surfaced on the internet depicting him in a drunk state while partying in Atlantis’ most exclusive club. The Myrian government has refused to comment on the incident.
Celebrations all over Rhayna are made after the successful transfer of power in Ryccia. When asked, Rhaynan citizens, specially Néa-gyan, answered in a positive view:
“Finally justice was made. All the deaths of Néa-gyans sent to the front weren’t in vain, and Cordilia is a more peaceful place now. I’m happy for Ryccians.”

A spokesperson for the CBR has commented on Doge Land’s withdrawal from the League of Cordillia, saying it highlighted “instability that was present from its inception” and that “every nation involved must question its premature involvement in the Ryccia-Doge Land conflict.”
Prytanis Boutros Georgiou stated: “It’s funny the CBR talks about instability taking in account they are a dictatorship, and maybe we should question what is their mission for them to be against everything anyone does, because let’s remind they allowed a militar dictatorship to try invade another nation. Maybe they aren’t in the best position to judge other nations decisions until they have proper democracy. Also they should read history books, because if they did they would know that “premature involvement” of the LoC was a defensive action, not like the salvage attacks the CBR does to common sense and intelligence.” he ended the statement with a chuckle.
Weisserstein chancellor Friedrich Müller has called for both Izaakia and Pelinai to diffuse tensions and both parties to not add more fuel to the fire.
In a address directed to Minister Makarov, chancellor Müller asks Makarov to not “drag Pelinai to the same level as Izaakia. If [Pelinai] wants to prove [themselves] right, then do it the right way.”
In other news, Weissersteiners are optimistic of the recent regime change in Ryccia. With one Lindenau resident stating that “…hopefully this would help end the instability plaguing the continent”
Some Weissersteiners however remain skeptical on whether or not the Mirrey Administration would be able to pull Ryccia out of the sewers.
In other news, many Weissersteiners have reacted negatively to the sudden and unannounced exit of Doge Land from the LoC. With many feeling that Doge Land had used the LoC’s mutual defense pact in order to indirectly drag the League into a war, then leaving once it had ended.
“Many states fought to justify throwing themselves into the war, or at the very least defended the League’s decision to intervene. And now Doge Land just left once the war is over. I’m not saying they don’t have the right to, and I’m not saying the war should be blamed on Doge Land, that much is clear. I’m saying that it seems very opportunistic of [Doge Land] to join the League for mutual defense guarantees, and then left once the large threat by their border was gone.” states a local politician in Southern Weisserstein.

Angery (UP) - Minority leader George Hill (LZE-AG) has announced his disdain for the Doge Land exit from the League of Cordilia. He stated in a press conference yesterday that “While Doge Land has historically been known to have strong nationalistic spirit and has always tried to take things on itself, this departure from the League of Cordilia has caused a net loss for everyone involved—the people of Doge Land lose because there are no longer free trade agreements to lower prices, the Doge Landian government loses because we lose out on valuable allies, and the League of Cordilia loses because they do not have Doge Landian markets to sell product in, as well as losing a valuable military ally. I do not understand the reasoning the New Doge Land coalition has behind this, and I fully expect interim President Boss Man to receive the boot in this upcoming election.”

The non profit organization, Committee to restore Reizen’s waters, has floated a proposal to several ultranationalist politicians to expand Reizen’s territorial seas using artificial islands to be built in international waters. The unofficial proposal is expected to face fierce resistance from pro-government politicians and Reizeners who see the proposal as a means to distract the Empire from more pressing issues including the ratification of the TPNW.
Gianatlan foreign minister Strunk has offered Gianatlan support in the peace negotiations between Valora and Ryccia. “Only with peace, the countries can be built up again, can be stable, can be free, which is a prerequisite for a continuously peaceful Cordilia and a restrengthening of the NCU.”

Minister of Culture Meerland has commented on the Kliegmean dispute over 18+ ratings for games with a certain art style often found in indie games made e.g. in Kliegme, but also adult entertainment videos and games from Gianatla. “A general 18+ rating is neither goal-oriented nor proportionate, neither is privatising this task entirely. Age restrictions on games, films and similar pieces of art should be based solely on the contents of said piece and should be determined by a neutral and democratic board. The final decision should remain in the hands of the buyer.”

Sedunnic minister of foreign affairs Gjieramm has confirmed that Sedunn will mediate the peace negotiations between the interim Ryccian government and the Valoran rebels: “I welcome this first step towards peace taken by the warring parties in Valora. Sedunn is fully committed to providing all the resources needed to help build a lasting peace”. He also confirmed that Sedunn has been trying to mediate peace for “several years” which has had “a profound effect on Sedunn’s actions taken in the region [Valora and Ryccia]”.
