BREAKING— Unconfirmed reports of pre-dawn airstrikes on Zuhlgani military positions near the border. Air raid sirens have been heard in major Zuhlgan cities in the west.

A senior defense offical speaking on the condition of anonymity indicated that Krauanagaz and Emerald launched a coordinated missile strike on Zuhlgan’s border and air defenses. Ground forces are reportedly preparing to cross into Zuhlgani territory.

Meanwhile, the Zuhlgani government has declared a state of emergency and initiated mass evacuations of civilians in cities and towns near the border. In a televised address, Arkava Ibinete condemned the missile strikes as “unprovoked acts of aggression” and vowed to repel any invasion, warning that Zuhlgan would retaliate “with unprecedented force.”

Zuhlgani security forces have also tightened control in major urban centers, with checkpoints set up and communications reportedly being restricted in certain areas. Tensions remain high as civilians brace for an apparent ground assault into Zuhlgan.

Fatherland Dragonpaper (Firestian State Newspaper):

After over an entire month of fighting in the Stukk city of Apins, following the occupation order given by the High Command, the Stukk defense of the city has been finally completely cleared out by Firestian soldiers. It is estimated that only 250 civilians remain in the city with a pre-conflict population of around 210k. Most of the civilians were either unfortunately caught by the fighting and exchanges of both sides, or managed to flee the siege of the city.

Maxim Vireat, the Chairman of the Republic has proclaimed that the city of Apins will be renamed to Joxen, in honor of Commander-In-Chief Jox Bunin, who led the conquest of the city. Despite there not being one single building left intact in the city by the battle, it is clearly visible that Firestian losses in the battle are much lower than Stukk ones, despite the Firestians being the attacking force.

Other than the takeover of Apins by the Firestian forces, another notable change in the conflict between Aldestukk and Firest has been the occupation of the majority of the Stukk province of Apinsxi by the Firestians. Firest now has a direct land border with Alcoalitania, one of its few military suppliers, which may facilitate its war effort even further.

Map of the war’s situation:

It is unclear what the intentions of both countries’ leaderships is, or what the next major engagements will be. For now, the conflict continues to be in a relatively cold phase of the war, which was maintained by the siege of Apins. Due to the fall of the city, we’re now expecting some sort of change…

Shai Kong Prime Minister, Tanu Shirong, has publicly stated to be disturbed by the scale of Operation Turquoise Seas, but understands the necessities of such measures and appreciates USI’s prior preparations. “Truth of the matter is that this will hopefully be a strong signal to the destabilising elements in the region to limit any further escalation.”

A nuclear waste ship was attempted to be struck by a barrage of missiles while traversing the Gulf of Good Omen last night. SMN Weria, which was struck by Red K missiles earlier this year, was escorting the ship, and used it’s anti-air defense systems to deter the strike. The Naval Force of San Marsico has stated “This was a clear targeting of specific ships passing through the Gulf of Good Omen, which will deteriorate the already bad state of security in the Gulf of Good Omen and the surrounding region.”

Karnetvor has announced the mobilisation of certain elements of the armed forces in order “to check the situation in the near region” and “increase readiness to handle a variety of escalated scenarios”. The nation is in consultations with CE allies.

Coalitanian National News

Alcoalitania has seen an influx of Stukk and Firestian refugees, especially in southern regions of Alcoalitania and the capital, Cintralia. There has been a growing anti-immigrant sentiment between the natives of the southern regions like Sarc and Soolat.

In Sarc, there has been growing conflicts between Stukk immigrant and Vrignyan-Firestian Zarkanxiz citizens who are a majority in the region. A couple days ago, during a pro-Aldestukk protest in the small town of Kholarki˩ where 30 people were participating who were waving the Stukk flag, a clash happened between them and Firestian natives of the area. The clash kept escalating until local authorities were called to de-escalate the situation. Fortunately, there were not fatalities or any significant injuries between the two protests.

Alcoalitania has condemned Firest’s escalation of the war by occupying the Stukk city of Apins, calling for a ceasefire between the two nations. Coalitanian President Mrs. Lucia Alvarez said “This war has damaged both nations significantly, and this escalation is only going to worsen the lives of the natives who have had to endure this conflict for months. A ceasefire between the two sides is the only solution.” The Minister of Defense of Alcoalitania, Gaius Marcellus, has hinted at Alcoalitania potentially stopping supply of the Firestian military.

Izaakia Accused of “Expansionism” as Krauanagaz and Zuhlgan React to Operation Turquoise Seas

South Cordilia— Tensions escalate as Krauanagaz and Zuhlgan respond sharply to Izaakia’s newly announced Operation Turquoise Seas, which increases patrols and grants the Izaakian navy rights to engage “potentially hostile parties” in key shipping and air routes. Krauanagaz has condemned the operation as “unwarranted expansionism” that threatens regional stability, accusing Izaakia of using the conflict in South Cordilia as a pretext for militarizing critical trade routes. In a statement, the Krauanagazan Secretary of State, Darius Korin, warned of “severe consequences” should Izaakian forces interfere with Krauanagazan or Emeraldian assets or provoke military actions.

Zuhlgan has echoed similar concerns, calling the move a, “direct challenge to sovereignty and security,” in the Gulf region. Zuhlgani officials claim that the operation is part of a broader Izaakian agenda to dominate strategic maritime zones, and have vowed to coordinate with regional allies to protect their shipping lanes. Zuhlgani Foreign Affairs chief, Autark Kula H’kara, has issued a stern warning, stating that Zuhlgan, “will not stand idly by as foreign powers seek to exploit the ongoing conflict for territorial gain.” Both nations are now reviewing their military postures in the Gulf amid rising fears of potential clashes with Izaakian naval forces.

Heavy Fighting Erupts as Krauanagaz and Emerald Launch Border Offensive

BREAKING— Allied forces have crossed the border into Zuhlgan, marking the beginning of what appears to be a full-scale invasion. Krauanagazan and Emeraldian troops are engaging Zuhlgani defenses in heavy fighting along several key points of the border. Initial reports indicate intense clashes as ground units and armored divisions push into Zuhlgani territory, with airstrikes and artillery fire providing support.

Correspondents near the front lines have described the sound of constant shelling and explosions lighting up the night sky as both sides commit their forces to the escalating battle. According to military sources, the primary objectives appear to include strategic military installations and critical infrastructure near the border.

The Krauanagazan and Emeraldian governments have yet to issue official statements, but analysts suggest this marks a significant escalation in the conflict, with the invasion potentially aiming to dismantle Zuhlgani military capabilities. Local sources in Zuhlgan report that government forces are responding rapidly, with Zuhlgani air defenses and ground troops mounting a fierce resistance.
