The Pelinese White Army has announced the conclusion of preproduction testing for the 2G4M Vozmezdiya guided artillery shell with satisfactory results. The 155mm precision-guided munition, which reportedly exhibits marked improvements in accuracy, range, and reliability over the preceding 2G4 model, is expected to begin serial production in the near future through changeovers of existing 2G4 manufacturing lines; commentators state that the first production model shells could be in PWA hands by as early as May of this year, with full scale assembly being possible by August.

The GPV Government has announced its plans for an improvement of Vrigny’s education system. The Minister of Education and Research, Willem Friene, has stated that: “It is time to give Vrigny the modern and effective education it deserves”.
While Vrigny isn’t exactly lacking in the number of universities, and its schools aren’t overcrowded, the Ministry of Education will recieve funding for the construction of new schools and departments, from elementary to university level, in pretty much all of Vrigny’s cities. This funding will also be used for the remodelling and to upgrade already existing facilities so they comply with the necessities of the new curriculum that is to be introduced.
The Ministry will also continue its efforts to provide the necessary school material to those students who can’t afford all which is needed for their education. Vrigny’s schools and universities will continue to be tuition-free for all Vrignyan citizens.

Developing - The Krauanagazan Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has announced that the Nuclear Power Facility in Alkantara is being shut down and placed under lockdown as militants advance in the south. According to the Federal Army, radical Krautali militants have broken through the defensive line in Kalaígarziórkald, and have rapidly advanced north towards Alkantara. The NRC says the plant had been in the process of shutting down for several days and has been transporting radioactive materials to secure locations since early last week. Alkantara has been subject to a series of terrorist attacks recently including a bombing at Alkantara International Airport and intermittent militant mortar shelling since Thursday of last week.

Izaakia tests its advanced air defense system by firing a barrage of 50 nuclear capable intercontinental ballistic missiles each way between the Bailtemic Nations the Keylian Nations. Of the 100 missiles fired 98 were intercepted, often outside the atmosphere by the Manta Sea Based Air Defence system or the land based Viper Air Defence System.

A campaign has been started to remove any sculpture or statue representing people or subjects in relation to the Stratocracy of Vrigny (Vrigny’s previous dictatorship). The Minister of Culture, Diana Robert, has defended that the loss of these monuments is no crime, unlike the many those people in particular did over the years. The objective of this move is to remove any sense of patriotism and/or nostalgia for the dictatorship and to safeguard the Vrignyan democratic present.
These statues will be replaced with other modern statues which will be able to be submitted by sculptors all around Vrigny, and even internationally if they contact the municipal government that is replacing any specific monument.
This measure will also be extended to street names referencing the leaders and officers of the Stratocracy.

We also have those who barley get into uni just to use the subventions we give them. Entry exams and pledges to work in Eflad for at least five years would rid us of these parasites and help the economy.”

Currently the San Marsicoan Government is holding an auction for international oil organizations and San Marsicoan oil organizations to extract the oil in order to have a share in the sales, increasing the People’s Republic of San Marsico wealth.

Akarinan Wildlife Organization | Camping restrictions
As you may know, the eradication of many invasive species has caused native animal populations to increase. This has caused an increase in population of one dangerous animal known as the “Natchraptor”, we have only confirmed it’s existence recently and they prove to be effective predators, we now do not recommend going camping in areas known to have Natchraptors as they will consider humans an available food source.
If you encounter a Natchraptor here is what we recommend: Run away and hide, if you have a ranged weapon, use it, it may not be able to kill it, but it will slow it down, the best thing to do is to avoid encountering one in the first place.

Ikaranarean economists fly home today after advising the Pasten government on what to sell as part of its industrialization programs. A formal talk about the plan will be expected to happen tomorrow.
Pasten officials have expressed some relief at the deescalation on the Akarinan border, but have stated that they “believe that the general downscaling of military mobilization of Akarina is in order” if they wish to rebuild international trust.
In other news, LPF and PL forces clashed in Losavra early this morning, incurring at least 12 deaths and around 50 wounded. Losavral Confederated Army and Air Force members alongside elements of Ikaranarean forces rushed into the region to restore order and eventually forced a ceasefire and the capture of several members of both groups.

Sea bed exploration - The San Marsicoan Deep Sea Exploration Team (SMDSET) launched an Unmanned underwater vehicle to take pictures of the seabed in order to find a good spot for a oil rig that will not disturb sea life in the Sikal Channel.

Minister for Economics, Trade and Commerce has announced that Akarina has been added to the Index with the lowest rating on the list with the lowest total index of 0,31.
Vrigny’s (new rank 38) rating for “Ecological and educational stability” will be raised from 5,48 to 6,1 (+0,62) due to the announced reforms. If the reforms show a considerable improvement of the educational system, the value will be adjusted accordingly.
Krauganazan ratings of political climate, as well as rule of law will be lowered to 6,92 and 5,0 respectively due to the escalating conflict with militants.
After three months of development, the eCitizen software is to be published after the next trimester meeting on 20. April. This time the main topics of the meeting are security policy, foreign investment and transport infrastructure, especially the bridge under construction from the Astro island to Gianatla and a new high-speed rail development.
