The Termina commerce confederacy has reaffirmed its sanctions on Akarina with a spokesperson saying, “The Confederacy had some hopes that the Akarinan regime would no longer hinder the flow of goods and services through the skies of cordilia, but their recent actions against the Valkyrians prove that any suspension or lifting of sanctions is premature.”

The Weissersteiner government sent humanitarian aid to all nations affected, directly or indirectly, by the use of nuclear weapons in Akarina territory. It has also placed sanctions on the Akarinan government for its “aggressive actions” and “disturbance of peace” in Cordilia following its decision to mobilize its military on its border with Ravensland and Eflad, and placed a travel warning for any Weissersteiner civilians traveling to or through Akarina

After a protracted tallying process marred by technical difficulties, Ya’oran Gallai has emerged victorious in the closely watched Kevantza Mitalldukish (KM) primary election in Mitallzhra Province. The latest update from the Mitallzhra Provincial Elections Commission reveals that Gallai has secured a narrow win over frontrunner Daman Kullan by a razor-thin margin of 0.02%.
The race, which remained highly competitive throughout, saw Gallai and Kullan neck and neck for much of the tallying process. Cruise ships begin picking up fans from their home countries ahead of the 2024 Keanu and Hurley World Cup. There are 42 cruise ships from 31 different countries headed to the World Cup on what’s being called a Ruggers Booze Cruise. The boats will each host fans from one nation and follow the national teams round to every match. The average size of the 42 ships is 1500 passengers with berths starting from $6000 without match day tickets. These cruise ships alone will increase the population of Keanu and Hurley during the World Cup by 65%, and generate $350 million in profit for the K&H government which has chartered the vessels.

Haakon Danielson, the High Chieftain of Ravensland and All of the Valrissi, has announced that Ravensland’s border with Akarina will remain open to “allow the resettlement of refugees escaping persecution or seeking medical treatment for the atrocities committed against them by Akarina.” Valkyrian Foreign Minister Avianna Aldridge said she expects a “debilitating” brain drain to occur in Akarina.

BREAKING - Kevpríg Governor, Mitka Luavi, has declared a provincial state of emergency after militants attacked the secluded town of Kalaígarziórkald. Kalaígarziórkald lies at the northern side of the isthmus between the T’lai Peninsula, and the rest of Krauanagaz. The emergency declaration follows a devastating bombing in the province’s capital, Alkantara, that killed 231 and injured 447 at Alkantara International Airport. According to a statement from Governor Luavi’s office, there are scattered reports of, “significant militant activity,” in and around the T’lai Peninsula located in Southern Krauanagaz.
At a press conference Ki Navvara, a spokesperson for the Kevpríg Provincial Militia, said that the Militia is working to facilitate the rapid evacuation of civilians and that there were recently assets stationed in the region that are actively engaged in such operations. Navvara reported that the Milita is coordinating closely with the Federal Army, headquartered in Alkantara, and the Federal Air Force. Governor Luavi spoke at the press conference and encouraged citizens within 35km of Kalaígarziórkald to evacuate along designated routes. “My office has been working closely with the Zharan administration on contingency plans for this situation.
