President spotted eating lunch alone at a small village coffee shop in Imperium State - Montacia. One of the baristas at the coffee shop said “I almost couldn’t believe my eyes when I first saw him. Nicholas and Great Britain has officially withdrawn from a treaty made in 2022 between Nicholas and Great Britain and Izaakia which prohibited the ownership of WMDs. However, despite the treaty, Nicholas and Great Britain has already been in possession of WMDs for over a year.

When asked about N&GB possessing WMDs and withdrawing from a non-proliferation treaty the Izaakian Defence Minister Ekaterina Küning said “We’ve known about their program and capabilities for a long time, and we’ve taken measures to counter those abilities. I don’t think I need to clarify to the N&GB regime how possessing WMDs is one thing, but using them has a whole heap of additional consequences.”

Mitallduk Elections - Veron Zhgpri has won the Zhanari LAM primary election, 55.3% - 44.7%. 284 delegates were awarded to Zhgpri, and 229 were awarded to Stelan Yoran. Zhgpri now has 560 delegates and needs 186 more to secure the party nomination. Yoran has 486 total delegates and needs 260 more to secure the nomination.

Nuclear Tests in the Cordilian Sea

Overview:
The Mitallduk Confederacy has authorized researchers of the Federal Republic of Kliegme to conduct research on the impacts of the Confederacy’s recent nuclear test within its maritime borders. The Confederacy had conducted an in-depth study on the environmental impact of the recent nuclear tests in the Cordilian Sea, which this report will verify, to ensure transparency and International cooperation.
Findings
Radiation Levels:
The study measured radiation levels of both Mitallduk waters and International waters after the nuclear tests. Results verify the claims that radiation levels mostly comply with international safety standards, except for the waters within 3 nautical miles of the site which have slight discrepancies with Mitallduk report claims. However, all measurements align with Mitallduk’s safety measures. The testing site itself has been contaminated, and is believed to be unfit for human settlement for the next few decades.
Impact on Marine Life:
The claims that Asessments of marine life conducted found no immediate distress or abnormal behavior, was based on Mitallduk standards. The surrounding marine environment of the site is theorised to have recieved significant radiation, which may cause damages to the population. Mitallduk is advised to prohibit the use of fish caught in nearby waters to be used for consumption.
However, Mitallduk researchers that have contributed to this research have stated that this data was predicted by the Mitallduk Confederacy prior to testing, and that the assessed marine life refers to marine life that live beyond the boundaries of predicted conditions. In this regard, the radiation is at an acceptable level. The exclusion of sensitive marine habitats from testing zones has been verified as true.
Water Quality:
Water samples collected at various depths and distances from the testing site underwent chemical analysis. The study affirms that water quality are inconsistent with pre-test conditions, however, discrepancy with the Mitallduk data is suggested to be due to radiation spreading itself over time.
Seabed Integrity:
Seabed assessments also have been verified. No significant disruptions or alterations, indicating minimal disturbance from the nuclear tests. This supports Mitallduk’s claim of conducting tests with a focus on maintaining environmental safety.
Conclusions:
The Mitallduk Confederacy has cooperated with the research process, with findings being shared with the international community. While this report is solely on the topic of ecological impacts, this nuclear testing was frequently described to be done as a part of national defence and scientific advancements. Data indicates that further nuclear testing may cause further environmental damage.

The USI to redirect funds from the next generation of nuclear weapons towards missile and air defence capabilities. It is understood that the government beleives physical defence capabilities would be more effective than nuclear deterrence.

BREAKING: Ludikiari Approves World Forum Membership Application Submission

Short of invading the country again what do you expect us to do? Because last time we did invade, and successfully disarm them, it is people like you who forced us to leave before a new stable government could be built”

President Rombold continues his family summer holiday with a sailing trip from Montacia to the central islands. They will complete the trip on his family sailing yacht “The Unsinkable” which is a 1940s fishing vessel that the family converted for pleasure when the presidents father retired in the 1980s. In his trip he will visit Keanu and Hurley, Conaro, Carraca and Government Island.

As midterm elections approach in Jakub, electoral candidates for Jakub’s congress find their careers potentially in jeopardy from a newly presented act that would put in place the “Ruskowski Doctrine” in Jakub. The doctrine would mean that any foreign invasion to a nation in Crabry from any nation outside of Crabry shall be considered and act of war and require Jakub to join the defending side.
The doctrine has been met with extreme support and opposition by many sections of Jakub’s political parties, practically causing a split in most.

Despite heavy opposition from Social Democrats, the DuK and LDPR coalition, alongside swing parties such as the Party of Growth, have repealed rent control policies and replaced it with incentives for public and private sector to construct housing more.
In other news, the first group of Romordian refugees that has decided to settle in Kliegme are now leaving their camps to join the Southeastern Kliegmean Community, having learned Karnetvorian and Garanian, alongside cultural education for the past few months.
