The Frost Empire has successfully retaken the Occupation Zone from ERF forces. Lt. General U.S. Granz spoke from the administrative building of the frost occupation zone in Southern Spiras stating that today’s victory is just the beginning and that the Empire will continue to surge Northwards until the last ERF soldier is neutralized and Spiras is stable once more.

Merchants in the TCC expressed shock at the sudden accusation against Percy Le Rogue, a respected business owner in the Terminan agricultural sector. Several Terminans expressed doubts of the claims highlighting how the Izaakian businessman successfully integrated himself into Terminan High society. While others celebrated his “downfall” claiming that Percy Le Rogue was poisoning the agricultural market and ruining their own chances for profit.

Post-war reconstruction aid will be sent to both Jakub following the end of the Jakubian civil war. Weissersteiner military units who were deployed in the country would be redeployed elsewhere, namely in Cimbria. A contingent of the Reichswehr would remain in Jakub.
Another aid package would also be sent to Dextoria following the end of their civil war.

Ikaranarean troops in Jakub are going home and many of them have been allowed to stay at home rather then participating in the offensive as many Ikaranarean and Pasten troops are mobilized for the assault on ERF-controlled Cimbria. This comes as a fierce air battle rages over the small nation with naval forces support the air battle.

As protests in New Mako-Mako Izaakston turn violent the riot police are called in. Cars were seen burning in several districts and the city centre, shop windows have been smashed and looting is widespread. The Home Secretary Walter Rombold has issued a curfew to begin in one hour and run until 8am tomorrow.

Members of Termina’s high society were seen meeting with TCG officials and Point Rain Governor General Garek Nobel. The purpose of the meeting is unknown although Passerby allegedly heard the name Percy Le Rogue and asylum.

Kliegme has repatriated 13 fishermen back to the TCC after they have paid their fines. With this, the diplomatic tensions between Kliegme and the TCC has been eased. The Duma has passed a resolution calling for better protection of endangered marine life.

A second day of protests ends in rioting following dispersal by water cannon, bean bag guns and smoke grenades. President Storm was asked about whether it was humane to use water cannon on Izaakian Citizens in winter, and she said “I am not the Montwælda for Right-Wing Extremists and opportunistic rioters, I am the Montwælda for law abiding citizens, and I will use whatever means necessary to ensure their security even if it means rioters freeze to death on the streets of the capital.”

The Social Democratic Party in Pelinai is reportedly planning demonstrations against the use of the death penalty on minors and as a mandatory minimum sentence after two 15 year old boys were executed by firearm in Korolyeviya yesterday. The two individuals were convicted of kidnapping and first-degree murder with grossly aggravating circumstances in connection with the murder of 8 year old Haru Mizuko in January 2021.

Kliegme has redesignated the Joint Military Operation as a Special Military Operation, and with it, the purpose of the operation has changed from just destroying the ERF. It now includes liberating Spiras and Cimbria from ERF forces.
Emerald and Denver has not been mentioned in neither of those goals.

President Storm has released a statement on the death of King Joshua. The statement read:
“The death of a head of state can be a crushing experience for a nation, and particularly when that death is violent, as we ourselves know from the tragic loss of President Blanc. But it can often be a unifying experience, out of the ashes the Phoenix is reborn, and I hope your nation is one day soon reborn.
It pains us that our intelligence shows the ERF have been inspired by the USI, and for this I can only offer apologies. A democratic system is a value we find paramount to all others, whether Constitutional Monarchy or Republic is semantics, and we find the use of violence to enforce one system over another democratic system abhorrent.
We offer our sincerest condolences to the nation of Emerald Denver, and the Royal Family. Wishing the nation and the future King the best of luck.
