Air Accord started as a full-service airline in 1992 as a government-owned conglomerate, FREE passenger airline, Free Airlines. The declining airline was brought by the Austral-Pacifician Group, for 500 thousand Frees (XX TSP$) in 1996. Former Chairman Johnson Quenton turned the company around, by announcing a rebrand and relaunch in 1998, and sponsoring the 1998 CFC Cup. It produced a profit in 2003 and launched new routes from its hub in Havanen. It is currently the biggest airline in Holy Free
Air Accord is the sponsor of Holy Free national football team, and also the former sponsor of the 1998 and 2020 (Women) CFC Confederation Cups.
