After a month of silence, we bring you news on what has been happening. To summarize, due to rapant vacancy in the government, we weren’t able to properly deliver you news, since our Executive Director left his position as well at the time.
The city of Aelbasan has been under occupation by The Black Army mutineers, lead by former Commander Skandergrof since the 4th of November.
Decree 7 installs a temporary Regency in Viliakmon, made up of 26 Councilors from each of the 26 districts which participated in this years’ census. We will cover Decree 7 in depth soon.
Iakov Xhuglini has resigned on the 13th of November 2022., after a public meeting in which he displayed Decree 7, from all public offices and titles.
