BREAKING: Zuhlgan Issues Dire Heatwave Warning as Wet Bulb Temperatures Predicted to Surpass Lethal Limits

Ozákla, Zuhlgan— The Zuhlgani Meteorological and Environmental Observation Service (MEOS) has issued its highest-level alert ahead of an impending heatwave expected to grip much of the Dominion beginning early next week, warning that wet bulb temperatures could exceed 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit)— a threshold unsurvivable for extended human exposure without artificial cooling.

According to the emergency bulletin released this evening, a stationary high-pressure system over the Cordilian Sea is forecast to push temperatures across southern and central Zuhlgan above 48°C (118°F) for three consecutive days beginning Monday, with nighttime lows providing little relief. The combination of extreme heat and high humidity, drawn inland from the Gulf of Good Omen and Transcrabrian Sea, is expected to produce wet bulb temperatures in excess of 35°C in low-lying urban areas including Ozákla, Jhunaytir, and the densely populated agricultural zones of the Kurthez prefecture.

“The human body cannot cool itself when wet bulb temperatures exceed 35 degrees Celsius for sustained periods it is fatal,” said MEOS Chief Meteorologist Dravin Ur-Zhalla in a recorded statement. “Even healthy individuals in shaded, well-ventilated spaces will experience fatal heatstroke within hours. This is not a typical summer heatwave. This is a mass casualty event in slow motion unless precautions are taken.”
