Viridia: Premier Ferrant has stipulated his goals for the end of the year to the Congressional Courts. Ferrant aims to cement his social democrat vision for the country by limiting the maximum workweek from 48 hours to 40 hours, honouring Viridia’s legacy as the first country to introduce eight-hour workdays, and introduce preferential voting for all future elections in the country on all levels of governance.
