Just Now— In a dramatic escalation of tensions, Krauanagaz has accused Zuhlgan of seizing Aka Island , a strategically significant location in the Tadukallai Isles of Mitallduk. The alleged seizure, which reportedly occurred overnight, has sparked outrage in Krauanagaz and raised fears of a broader regional conflict.
Aka Island is a key military and logistical hub in the Tadukallai Isles, offering control over vital shipping lanes Along the western Cordilian Peninsula. Its seizure would significantly enhance Zuhlgan’s ability to project power in the region. Krauanagazan officials have condemned the move as a “blatant act of aggression” and a violation of Mitallduk’s sovereignty. Krauanaet Thalira Renkara has called for an emergency session of the World Forum to address the crisis.
Zuhlgan has denied the allegations, calling them “baseless propaganda.” However, satellite imagery obtained by independent analysts does appears to show Zuhlgani military vessels and personnel on the island. The Mitalldukish government, already weakened by the ongoing civil war, has yet to issue an official statement. The Takaran People’s Army & Purity Vanguard coalition, which controls much of Mitallduk, has accused both Krauanagaz and Zuhlgan of exploiting the nation’s instability for their own gain. This development comes just days after it became public that Zuhlgan is mediating peace talks between the militant band and the remainder of the Mitalldukish government.
