Therefore, in accordance with Article 1 of the Concordia Entente’s Charter, with permission of Kliegme’s Federation Council, and in execution of the offical call for aid by the Higurashi City State government, which has since been ratified by the Federal Assembly on November 9th, I made a decision to carry out a joint Concordia Entente peace-keeping operation in Northern Termina. This decision does not come easy, but I must make clear the purpose of this operation…"
During a televised broadcast, President Voroshilov, addressing the citizens of Kliegme and Termina, and the international community, announced that the Kliegmean Military will intervene in the Terminan Crisis in order to protect the Kliegmean people in Termina and restore order.
However, the president has made unclear whether the Southern Provisional Government is also considered an enemy, as during his speech he acknowledged that “there may be misunderstandings on the nature of this intervention”, and stated that “the peace-keeping operation for Kliegme means demilitarising violent actors in order to ensure a peaceful discussion on the democratic future of Termina by the Terminan people and its city states.” As of now, Kliegme has not targeted SPG-aligned city states in its aerial attacks.
For the first time since the Great War, the Kliegmean Military(who consider themselves descendents of the Dominion Army,) marched into Termina. The announcement of the “Joint CE Peace-Keeping Operation” happened on 11:00AM. Kliegme has, ever since the ultimatum was rejected by nationalist forces, utilising its aerial capabilities to chip away with AA and target infrastructure and ammo depots to deny long-term warfaring capabilities with varying degrees of success.
It is reported that Kliegmeans have sucessfully secured positions to shell targets in Vermillion City, one of the two major rebels of the war.
However, as Kliegme enters the Terminan Confederacy, the situation in Termina has crossed the (OOC Version of) Rubicon, with Pro-Izaakian city states declaring open revolt over Higurashi’s decision to have CE intervene.
