Due to most key public officials either being absent from Nasphilitae or focused on institutional consolidation, Grand Duke & Head of State Dawson Ernst (currently in Austra) has granted Md. Adrianna Rolston (Head Ambassador of Nasphilitae to the World Forum), General Peer David Atkinsons (Head Commander of the Royal Armed Forces of Nasphilitae) and Peeress Madison Edwards (Representative-Director of the AID) delegation of HM Cabinet duties and responsibilities - on the request of Md. Adrianna Rolston.
—“Operation Noble Doorhole”
→ After exchange of communications, dubbed “The Coral Red Letters”, between Dawson Ernst and Adrianna Rolston; additional authorisation was granted to the Temporal Triumvirate in conducting “Operation Noble Doorhole”.
→ As part of Operation Noble Doorhole, Md Adrianna Rolston has requested from Robert Stenhouse, Sera Clayton, and Ayala Moran of the IaN Institute to send (respectively) political, geo-ecological and legal experts. They will be hosted in her ambassadorial offices in Grovne, WF Headquarters. The meetings will supposedly be held on floor -2 and open for other parties as well.
→ General Peer David Atkinsons has begun the creation of Rapid Reaction Forces and Disaster Relief Deployment Forces. They former is expected to be deployed in humanitarian disaster relief for refugees and stateless people feeling Zhulgan; as well as providing natural disaster relief in Vrigny and K&H Islands.
→ The RRF and AID: Departments Eight and Ten will be used to monitor the situation around Akarina and Zhulgan and inform surroundings countries on future potential calamities. They are also tasked with procuring information on whether people of the Ito Island are being systemically discriminated against by Akarinan government. Reportings and findings of these inquiries are required to be delivered to: surrounding countries, the International Court, the EYCA and the WF.
