——>Observers for the Committee of International Law have more boldly stated that: "Both domestic Security Dimension Goals & that of WF CIL would benefit greatly from co-oprating & harmonisation of global Screening, Monitoring & Informational Internet Data Exchange Networks (…) These are floating concepts still, though the general aim is to provide a framework by which global Forgery of Personally Identifiable Documents are combated, and Standardisation of Biometric Databases for Security is formatted to be likely contenders.
