Percy LeRogue, brother of the recently deceased former PM Ernest LeRogue claims responsibility for the train de-railment claiming that Captain Jaques D’Vinlandia Marcher Baronet of Athos and heir to the Dukedom of Athos was onboard. He also claimed Captain Jaques D’Vinlandia led the Navy Sharks team that killed his brother.
