With respect, this is a whole paradigm shift in the way the Assembly conducts its business. As such, it deserves more than just two days of debate.

I’m referring to the supremacy clause amendment, not the amendments present in the act.

For starters, I would like to hear from you on what issue sessions are intended to address, if any at all, so that we can have a discussion about how well the solution fits the issue.

This is an implementation of the sessions idea that @Sandaoguo first brought up here, and much of the brunt work for the theory concerning this has already been discussed there.

In particular, this quote:

My hope here is that FOMO, in addition to the participation requirements to be able to not “miss out”, creates incentive to join the Assembly and participate in it.
