The Covenant of fire’s comission for sapient rights has released a statement calling on the government of the Confluence to release information on how they have gotten the permission of freed Otomoonan slaves for relocation into it’s territory, under the threat of declaring their actions forced relocation and classifying the nation as sapient traffickers.
While the commission holds no power on it’s own such a deceleration would certainly lead to the covenant of fire taking measures against the Confluence. Notably, under calerost’s ecclesiastical law forced relocation of species that are not a existential threat is considered sacrilege and would demand the government to take action.

After seven days of intense conflict across the various systems, the effort was able to break the deadlock the Pentarchy had managed to uphold within the open star cluster, and push the main line of conflict corewards by twelve lightyears. More than 78 billion Otmoonan slaves were rescued from the worlds of the Vashtanu Cluster, and have been brought back to Verchessen’s habitats to join their rescued fellow. As has been the case for other occupied systems and worlds thus far, a joint Treecuu-Confluence temporary occupation government, upheld by subsections of both empires’ fleets, has been established across the cluster.
Following extensive studying of the decommissioned “Devil’s Ring” the Committee Astaron Corthos has been presented with a list of all possible failures that may have caused the instances, as well as a threat assessment of any such failures occurring within modern systems. At ((STANDARD HOURS - 09:31 || 23/08/7032)), a group of 26 Otmoonan terrorists atop a stolen freighter attacked the ringworld of Tirzevitz, primary megastructure of the Terragen-Core system Cadeau Lumineuse. From the conjuction of extracted environmental data, reconstruction teams and footage from various sources, current simulations speculate that the terrorist group utilized an annihilation-based explosive device containing approximately 200.000 kilograms of constrained antimatter, approximately equal to 8.6 teratons of TNT equivalent. This device, of currently unknown origin, was detonated by the group 32 kilometers above the surface of Xunvoia, a scarcely-populated continent on Tirzevitz: the resulting explosion, observable for some brief moments from the other side of the ringworld, vaporized everything on the megastructure's surface within a radius of 420 kilometers, while causing major environmental and structural damage up to 1500 kilometers from the detonation site. Taking into account the simulations' accuracy percentage of 70.52% and still-updating reports, an estimated 324.000 civilians died during the attack, while another 1.670.000 million were injured. To prevent further damage Tirzevitz and the other habitats of Cadeau Lumineuse are being evacuated by a fleet of civilian habships escorted by military craft. The Astroduct connection to Star Of The Oceans will be closed as soon as the evacuations are completed, while security measures have been temporarily increased in the other systems of the Terragen Core in an attempt to hinder any future attacks.
Given their proximity to the epicenter, the Otmoonans and their vessel were completely vaporized in the first few seconds of the explosion. It is currently unknown how the group managed to conceal their cargo and species make-up from the preliminary system-entrance scans: though further data analysis will be necessary to draw any sufficiently-certain conclusions, aid from within the Confluence is being investigated as a possible explanation. The Trianarö Space Force is currently engaged around the system where remnants of the so-called “Great Confederation” deigned to attack the planet. Unaware that the planet was under Trianarö protection, the military ships of the formation were caught by surprise. However, the TSF itself was caught unawares by the threat, and the limited forces in the region have allowed the Great Confederation to run the blockade before it started and send ground forces to the planet. A Planetary Theater of Trianarö Planetary Forces is set to arrive along with reinforcements, but travel times mean there will be at least a few days of combat before they arrive. However, the Izaren Azzum has sent several elite Izarattikai units to stave off the worst of the fighting before the Planetary Theater arrives.
