Article 1956: Every article relating to Legionaria is hereby repealed, as they have no place messing with my country without either my consent or my knowledge. If Legionaria were to split, it’d most likely be between Soppocracy and the Rossartrists. This is an unprecedented move to use MY country for things I don’t want it to be used in.

What does it mean exactly that Article 1960 by @ExquisiteGentleman should be rectified or declared null? This law newly made by you only applies to articles that have been repealed. Article 1960 has never been repealed yet. It does not apply to Article 1958 either, as it was not repealed according to the clauses you mentioned.

Cayo would like to note that we all have the right to request an answer to a question, and that cannot be considered unconstitutional. The question was asked due to Article 1962 at the time not making perfect sense, as stated in Article 1964.
Cayo would also like to question the newly adopted amendment of Article 1962, about why Article 1960 must be seen as not in the interest of the majority. However since it is hard to determine whether or not that is true, the amendment is not unreasonable. Cayo did notice that Duwa and Tin both agreed on splitting The Legionarian Isles as opposed to only ExquisiteGentleman against it, which could make ExquisiteGentleman’s argument to be seen as ‘not be in the interest of the majority’ to some.
Cayo would like to officially announce his support for @ExquisiteGentleman in this argument, as it is true that some players are playing with his nation without his consent, and that cannot be accepted as a good thing.
Cayo shall open a poll lasting for 48 hours to see how many people would support ExquisiteGentleman in this situation.
