Article 1887: Article 1886 is repealed as Article 1883 and 1885 cannot be seen as unintelligible. The two articles make perfect sense in Chinese, so therefore they are not unintelligible. If there is a law prohibiting languages other than English, they shall be repealed according to that law.
Article 1884 is made invalid according to Article 1612 and the clauses of Article 1621. It can be deemed to not be in the interest of the majority of people. It also restricts the right of writing long and detailed articles, and therefore can also be seen as unintelligible.
