Article1014: Legislators must arrive at LegAss astride a llama on each day the LegAss is in session.

Article 1025: To prevent heat exhaustion deaths, The Llama Institute shall ensure SPIT is available free of charge to attendees of any parade held on Government Island.
Article 1026: The Master of Ceremonies of any parade is liable for any damage to the leading Llama balloon during the parade.
