Constitution II of the South Pacific

Article 441: From this article onwards, referring to popular opinion from the referendum triggered by Article 421, no repeals are allowed. Any new article in the form of a repeal shall be deemed null and void, and the target article(s) reinstated.

This article may only be repealed with an approved edict of the Assembly of the Coalition of the South Pacific, in the form of a law, published in this Constitution. The real one, no pretending you are the Assembly to get around this.
